   A few weeks a go we bought seekh kebabs, they where frozen, when we asked for fresh ones, when we made the order, Also we ordered besan barfi , which was old had a smell and tasted off.

   Fantastic staff, service by Sonia, Simi, Salinder and all the chefs and the owner is exceptional, who can cater to your needs. Friendly atmosphere, fantastic food, paneer paronthas, chana and chicken kardai and lamb kardai. Fantastic choice for a family meal. Recommend highly for those who want less salt or no salt for dietary reasons and if you want to adjust the level of heat/spices to extra, extra mild, as the staff and chefs are willing to accommodate this request, not many Indian restaurants can do this! Thank you to you all.

   I had a very disappointing experience each and every time with them specially the lady at the front taking orders was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached the counter, her attitude was unfriendly and dismissive. Instead of being helpful, she seemed impatient and unwilling to listen properly to the order. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Good customer service is just as important as the food, and being treated this way really put me off. I hope the management looks into this issue and ensures staff are trained to treat customers with respect and courtesy.

   I have been customer of this shop for more a year. Many times I have been given an outdated food. Yesterday I borough chana from then and it tasted awful. Such a bad tangy taste. By the time we got home the shop was closed. Called next morning to inform and lady agreed a replacement. Called in evening to collect replacement and she changes completely saying they can't take it back. Asked about the conversation we had in morning and she refused to acknowledge saying it was another lady who answered the phone. I clearly recognised the voice it was same lady on the phone. Lying and being so rude. I will never go there again.

   Unfortunately there is no 0 star in the Google, but please guys avoid this store, is understandable that food could be expired, but no any apology for it. Tried to cancel the order after a bad experience was the worst experience ever of my life. They did not accept even though the I changed my mind after 30 minutes of deposit. Then we agreed to change the order to sweet boxes. They ask us to pick up 5pm. I called to confirm the deal at 2 pm and then the employee said " no we will not make your sweet you can come and pick your money".?!?! Then I come to pick my money and the owners start the argument why did we cancel the food? After 30 minutes??? We not supposed to give your money back?!??? I MEAN REALLY?!?!?!? Unprofessional owners ever!!!!!

   lovely customer service I love everything about this shop from the Jalebi to the samosas it tastes amazing and I would definitely go again I have nothing to complain about because they leave you with such a good impact and I will definitely become a regular
