   Ordered for delivery,the chips arrived undercooked,soggy and cold.the sweet and sour sauce was nothing more than water with a splash of food colouring.I paid for king prawn in batter.....again the batter was seriously undercooked and had I eaten it I would probably have been ill.All went in the bin,avoid at all cost.In fact I would advise a visit by the council,not one thing I ordered looked remotely cooked or appetising.

   First time going. Price seemed reasonable but food was not great, we had some but could not eat it. Food was very, very greasy which you can see in the picture - the paper for the fish and sausages were even worse. They tasted like old oil, the chips were barely cooked and the fish tasted like it had shared oil with sausages or chicken. Shame really because they seemed nice enough and price was alright. UPDATE - VERY POORLY THE NEXT DAY

   Food is good but delivery is dire - ordered over 2 hours ago and still waiting- excuse is it’s busy tonight - why say 7 pm are youon the website then after 2 calls it’s at leat another 20 min. So 8.20 pm at least - not good enough will find somewhere else

   Extremely rude. service with a face like their mum had just died. The chips taste like they've been cooked every night for a month ....inedible. curry I can't describe without swearing muck. Dim sum greasier than john trovaltas hair in Grease

   Amazeballs sweet and sour chicken balls and noodles. Portion sizes are huge really good value for money. Staff friendly food always hot and delivered quickly. menu has something for everyone.

   Disgraceful customer service. Went into the shop to order food and the woman behind the counter simply ignored us for 5 minutes. We politely asked “excuse me” to grab her attention (after it became obvious she was ignoring us)… she then just turned her back altogether . She could have easily said “really sorry, we’re a little busy, I won’t be long” but instead ignored us completely. I walked out and will never return. Shambolic.

   Rude. Went into Jimmy’s to make an order as I’m new to the area and was stood there for about 10 minutes being completely ignored (Fair enough if they were busy but no one else was in there). The lady behind the counter just purely ignored me. After another 5 minutes I said excuse me three times so I could make the order or at least receive some sort of acknowledgement but again, completely ignored and not even looked at. Walked out and went elsewhere. Completely ignorant. Will never go here.

   The food at Jimmy's is flavourfull and lovey the place is nicely furnished. Staff are very kind. The menu has alot of variety and good warnings for allergies. If you order on the phone it takes ages
