   Ice cream was gritty like sand, service was slow, water was in dirty cups with crumbs in them, employee snapped at my friend's mum. I go to the school round the corner and I often walk past the ice cream shop and it looked good so I went over the halloween holidays with my mum, my friend, and her mum. We got 2 servings of fries, 1 serving of chunky fries, one chicken club with only the chicken and bread, two lemonades, one milkshake, 3 ice creams. Service on fries was quite quick and they were decent, milkshake took a while and was kinda gritty, I got a cup of water from the dispenser and when I drank it, it had crumbs in it. The ice cream was gritty and the employee messed up the order, then snapped at my friend's mum when she corrected her. Overall a bad experience, wouldn't go again.

   Delicious meal cooked by chef Usef. Seabass was worthy off a Michelin Star! Also a surprise dessert from Usef for my birthday, so thoughtful and made our dinning experience so special. Service from waitress Holly was fabulous! Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and staff attentive. Lovely dinning views especially on a snowy morning. Would highly recommend. Thank you! Sandy & Steve

   This is for their Gallery Restaurant. Service was very slow and it wasn't busy. The waitress took the order incorrrectly. I don't appreciate crisps as a side, very lazy. Pickled beetroot was very tasty but it was more 95% rocket with small bits of beetroot. Wouldn't return

   My food review is based on one meal at my family reunion, the buffet, everyone found it bland and unappetizing, I had Stroganoff, I can do better, I can eat the horse and go back for the rider, but this food I left, bland, unseasoned, tasteless. The fish pie and pasta were the same. The cheesecake tho was really nice, but you can't live on cheesecake, my Vancouver cheesecake years attest to this, but I was ripped. Plus No 2 not food related, the hotel is tired, it's in stunning grounds, you wouldn't believe you were in the city, 2 mins from where I grew up, beautiful lake, idyllic. Romantic. I hope the food at the wedding also that night was far better, because I can imagine our 25 per head was not it's normal price, or, was it give them £25 worth of food, if so, we were really ripped, my mom could do real food for that, and everyone would be " Oliver Twisted "....My first negative review because I always see half full, sorry, not this time, or did I, location, 10 for a city, except Vancouver she's 11 anyday of the week. A family member made a list of points of complaint, A4, I think MI6 has it now.
