I ordered via Uber eats and the food never arrived. No call, no notification, nothing. Called to request a "re-delivery" and they said no because "their driver was waiting over an hour". Nobody waits an hour. The lies upon lies they told me to avoid accountability
0/10 The order was late. Possibly never turning up. the tel number for the restaurant goes to a different restaurant. I message to say my food is recorded as delivered but has not turned up. no reply. Called and was told the driver had broken down and was to give me extra portions(?) How can he do that if he is on the road? The food is 1 hour late. The restaurant is giving me the run around. Refused to refund my delivery fee. Food was meant to arrive at 1840 and arrived at 1945. The food was cold. No communication from the restaurant. Awful service. Will not use again. 0/10
Very good flavourful birrias and I enjoyed it. Would recommend. And great customer service from preethi she was helpful. Would go again
Popped in recently to grab a burrito to take home and it was really good. Also, the guy behind the counter was super friendly and we had a good conversation whilst he made our food. Would eat here again.
Terrible, after ordering before from the London road store and it being really nice. This one is awful. Burrito was cold (and I don't like my food piping hot anyway) full of beans and rice and barely any other ingredients. Collected aswel so should've been fresh made and hot. Wouldn't waste my money again.
Food was reasonable. Waited over an hour for delivery, nearly 1 hour 30, which wouldn't normally be an issue that I would highlight for a takeaway on a Friday night. However, it became an issue when there were no updates provided through the app when requested, nor would anyone answer the phone number provided. Had to locate another phone number from Google. Which was (eventually) answered Unfortunately this means I would not order from this business again, when there are takeaways with much more responsive customer service.
We ordered here after being keen to try their new site that opened near us, hoping for a better experience than with their London Road shop a few years ago. Order arrived 50 minutes late (we are about 0.5mi away). We had to call the shop twice to ask about the progress and when to expect the food. We wouldn’t have minded if they gave us an accurate delivery time at the start, but it left us ravenous waiting for food that we didn’t know when it would arrive. It was warm, and all items arrived (unlike when we ordered from their London Road location a few years ago). Burritos were veggie, but contained vegan cheese (which was not requested). Burritos were very rice heavy, with much less of other fillings, which was a shame. We also ordered grande nachos for £10 and it was probably a mistake. It was a good large portion, but not much cheese (and again vegan, which we didn’t want), and a lot of raw onion (not to our tastes). We did request no chilli peppers but it arrived with them - not the end of the world as it was a sweet kind that I enjoyed a couple of, but meant they didn’t read our requests. All items were missing sour cream. Overall, it was edible, and it did arrive, but we won’t be recommending this place or ordering from here again.
The food was great, we had a chimichanga and a quesadilla with a side of cheesy wedges. All brilliant. Lots of meat in the dishes. Will definitely return!
