   Absolutely loved it in Kaspa's. So clean, beautiful interior and delightful deserts. The menu offers a wide range of desserts for every taste. The staff were genuinely great, I can't remember the last time when I was treated with such a respect and kindness. This was our first visit to the restaurant and there definitely be many more. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism!

   Food is usually okay but quite expensive. Me and my partner decided to get some desserts last week in the evening, only to see the shop had shut earlier than advertised, but why state that you're open until 10pm if you shut your doors and close at 9:30pm?

   Lovely desserts and very clean throughout the restaurant, but the toilets were broken and absolutely disgusting! We really enjoyed all the food and it was exactly as expected however the drink my husband ordered he asked for no cream and it came with cream he then asked for them to make a new one. Seemed like they just blended the cream into the drink but we didn't see them so that. But just to say again, apart from this and the toilets we were really happy with the food.

   I would give it a minus if I could! Horrible service! I have been to this place twice with my children and have stood at the entrance without being acknowledged for what seemed like a lifetime with 2 very young kids! The front of house are very unwelcoming and blatantly ignore the customer. They spend a large proportion of the time with their back to the customers so customers are left waiting to be served unnecessarily. The staff are often frowning and have an unenthusiastic and overall rude demeanour. To make matters worse, the desserts are terrible. I had their Reece’s waffle and it was literally 2 Reece’s chocolates thrown onto a cold waffle and a few slabs of peanut butter thrown on top. Absolute disgrace. I would not recommend this place at all. There are far better dessert shops in Sheffield to spend your ££ on.

   Amazing desserts here. Glad Sheffield finally has one. Very clean and tidy and Caroline who served me was lovely. I had the shop to myself and service was quick. Will no doubt be popular for parties and at weekends.
