Awful food. Ordered chicken wrap to find 2 chicken nuggets and a scrappy bit of lettuce. Pizza tasted like cardboard and wrong pizzas sent. Took the food back and was told to be quiet while he finished his phone call. AVOID.
Absolutely shocking. There isn’t even number to ring that still works to speak to them about it. The pizza is literally see-through
I used to order from here regularly and it was very good. Had a long break from takeaways but after a very long day I really wanted one of their pizzas. I placed an order and went about my evening only to look back and see they had cancelled my order! No explanation or apology. An email then informed me a refund could take up to 5 days. Avoid this place at all costs. Such a shame when a previously good place goes down the pan like this.
AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY!. If I could I would rate less than 1 star. There is a reason why this takeaway has such a low rating. No customer service, you're lucky to even recieve your order, they hang up on you if you request a refund for an undelivered order, take your money without delivering the food, you never get what you have ordered, you pay for a certain item and end up with most of it missing, cold food, dry/reheated food. Never arrives by the time you requested. They laugh at you when you request your money back for an order that hasn't been delivered. I'd personally say AVOID and order from somewhere else, you'll get much better customer service and far far better food for your money. I am not saying this because I have had 1 bad experience with this takeaway, on many occasions I have had issues with this takeaway. Happy to take your money but hesitates to actually give you what you paid for. I don't leave negative reviews normally (the last bad experience was the last as i will never order from this place again) but I'm hoping by leaving this review that I can save some people from wasting their money like I did.
Ordered a tower burger. Apparently should come with a burger, cheese, hash brown & 4 onion rings plus sauce. Came with a burnt hash brown, 1 onion ring, no cheese & no sauce. Absolute rubbish. Cheap but not even worth the money.
Takeaway come cold And stuff missing Wrong toppings pizza and food was not good tonight

Waited 2 hours for delivery, both pizzas burnt, one is black. All food cold, rang up to cancel order but no one answered. Overcharged us by £5. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.
Absolutely 1st class. Takeaways are VERY rare in our house , but I really fancied a kebab. Chose Flames as they were the only one that answered the phone !. Very friendly, repeated order to ensure correct. Said it would be an hour. It arrived in 20mins, I was very happy. The medium kebab was huge, salad fresh and crisp, bread soft and fresh. Large Chicken kebab same , huge pieces of breast, fresh, tasty and was thoroughly enjoyed. Free delivery. Free large garlic bread. Cost ....£11.90 !!!!. Absolute Quality at a mega low price. I'll definitely return and recommend
