    Disappointed. Ordered for delivery the fish was dry, the batter too crunchy. Hardly any chips but plenty of scraps and to top it it all it was cold

    Absolutely angelic service the gentleman serving was absolutely phenomenal and he did an absolute great job of serving the chips and cheese. Sam was absolutely phenomenal and he served us a fantastic set of food on that night and he made us feel at home like mommas cooking, you are unreal best believe it’s the best chippy in Sheffield Sam is the best chippy sherbet in Sheffield and can’t recommend more

    This place has really gone downhill recently. I've been a regular for years. Donner meat was dry, and the chips were very greasy. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be ready, even though i was the only one waiting. To top it off, they wanted to charge me 50p if i was paying by card. I'm sure that's illegal. Won't be rushing back.

    Takeaway order never arrived and the place was unreachable by phone when I attempted to contact them. Terrible service.

    Just had my order cancelled by the shop without any explanation. The cancellation didn't happen until the delivery driver arrived at the shop to collect my order. After waiting a few minutes to see if they would call and explain, I called them but no one answered. Understand an error may have occurred but as they have contact details, the absence of an apology or explanation is enough for me to avoid this place.

    Had a few fish and chips orders from here, its lovely when they do it right but I have had the odd dodgy order with greasy batter, thin cod and had a couple of breadcakes that weren't fresh. My last order was off putting unfortunately so not had one for ages.

    Used the website to order. Really easy to order and pay online. Order ready when it said. Fish and chips were good and apparently the onion rings were delicious, as eaten and reviewed by my 10yr old.

    Quick efficient friendly service, and one of the better fish n chip shops in the area. Always seems clean, and the oil is fresh. Nice well cooked chips and a good crunchy batter if you can get it home before it steams in the bag!
