Asked for crispy chips absolutely perfect! Not gonna lie I’m so hard to please when it comes to cheese chips but they was absolutely unreal, leaving this review while shovelling them down !

Ordered large takeaway for several people last night and then both me and my relative had severe food poisoning symptoms. I am still unwell and had to leave work early but luckily my relative is feeling better. Different items ordered - burger, pizza and hot chicken wings. Contacted web support but refund refused. I hardly ever review negatively as I'm not like that but this takes the biscuit and I hope that I start recovering soon. I have only had food poisoning previously more than 15 years ago and I eat out all the time so something is seriously wrong. Currently have hot and cold sweats and temperature plus feel like throwing up. Must be investigated as my relatives said that food is usually good and with no issues but the refusal to refund or investigate shows that they don't care about the welfare of their customers at all. Order at your own peril.
Waited 1 hour 40minutes after ordering on Just Eat! Chips were cold. Wont be ordering again, not even an apology

Had the manager tell me to not order food after a certain time even though they remained open, then also complained that i lived a far distance. Dont have to accept the order if they dont want to. Poor customer service and quite frankly poor food.
We are regular customers at Dino's and we are normally extremely satisfied with the quality of service and food. Unfortunately tonight that was not the case. Firstly the food we ordered took just over an hour to arrive, baring in mind it is a Thursday evening and we ordered half an hour after they opened so couldn't understand why it took so long. On top of that when the food eventually arrived the majority of it was cold! Dissapointed as this is the first time we have experienced poor service from them and we hope that this was just a one off as we are regulars and throughly enjoy their food. Will definitely keep on ordering from them and if it wasn't for tonight I would of given a 5 star rating.
Wrong order delivered, shop didn't read notes and messed up the order. Became abusive and shouting at my partner when she rang them. We have been using dinos for 5 years and we will never use them again. You have lost a good customer when you became nasty on the phone... Avoid Avoid Avoid
