It’s been said in previous reviews, however it’s re emphasised again… arrogance is how the staff treat people… mediocre food, the mix fish dish was overpowered with turmeric no other spice was obvious… the final downside was the noise levels. Not a pleasant experience at this restaurant.

Where do i start, not sure how hard knocking a curry up and bagging it up is. The follow items are a default yes: Missing items. Cold. Flavourless. Phone call with staff members that are used to this sort of critisim and instanly refund. Items recieved, tasteless. Old meat, old curry vibes. Aye, do yourself a favour. Go some place else or atleast get yourself a family curry set or something from Tesco. ....Wouldnt and didnt feed it to the dog. Have fun.

Really wish I had read the reviews, arrived cold, and I have experienced more flavour in an ice cube. The rice was undoubtedly prepared the previous day, left to dry out, and then reheated. I will not be placing another order.

AVOID was left waiting for delivery was so late. Arrived freezing cold, it was bland and tasteless. The reviews were so good but I don't understand why. People of Barnsley what the hell. The chicken was tiny like frozen you'd buy from Iceland. The Currys were watery and bland. Avoid much better places in town.

Today, for a family lunch, we tried the Sunday buffet and were pleasantly surprised. The food was good, especially for chicken lovers – they offered five different chicken curries along with a variety of rice dishes. The atmosphere was nice, and they’re currently refreshing the exterior with new painting. The service was decent; they did their job well. Overall, a solid Sunday buffet experience at a reasonable price. Would recommend for a casual family meal.

I have eaten in plenty of times and loads of take always. Love the place best curry in Barnsley. Recently I made a boo and had no cash for a home delivery and Ali sorted it out and it was appreciated. Owner is top bloke too. Good staff good food can’t ask for more ! Paul Topham

Worse Indian I have had. 2 hours late, cold and food was poor. Complained but they blamed traffic and got the usual "Il give you a discount next time" stay clear. Tandoori hut at mapplewell is loads better.

Table of 10 booked and met with a friendly smile from the reception staff, service was spot on & the food was tremendous. Recommend the chicken Nawabi main meal & also the fish masala sizzler. The large sharing Nanns were a big hit too easily feed 3/4 people

Very disappointing! This is the second time of ordering online, waited 1hr 30 minutes, called restaurant who then said delivery would be 20 more minutes! My husband called back and said, he would collect the order, even though we had paid for delivery. The curry again was cold and the chicken was hard and chewy! We have dined in the restaurant many times, with no issues, so disappointing that takeaway is poor!

To be honest, my boyfriend and I was looking for good food. Feel upset about that. Not much choice for customers. Curries were not replenished just left with sauce. No atmosphere. There was a lot of chicken wings only. Very disappointed still hungry after our visit. Carpet needs hovering.
