   we got it delivered to our hotel and we were so disappointed at how it came. the box was ripped, it had spilled everywhere and it was a whole mess. the food was good, but the spicy chips didn’t taste fresh, they tasted a little bit like day old chips that are microwaved.

   My first time ordering from oodles, So my choice of food this evening was, side choice of, Chinese wok wings, if I'm honest the sauce wasn't to great. It was quite sweet for my liking. For my large box choice I opted for vegetable noodles, Spicy chips not much for a large box but tasted nice. Chinese lamb curry, was akay as well as the Schezan Beef stir fry. If I had to give them room to improve I would say change the large box, it's very condensed and doesn't look like a large. If the box was rectangular perhaps have room to move your food around and enjoy it. For the price it was okay but I perhaps won't order again, I think I could easily recreate the food and if anything, better. It was to sweet for my liking. 16/01/2023 Since this review I have ordered a couple more times and sadly it has only gotten worse. The only element I would say is the quick delivery. They changed the option of not selecting plain chips as a option which is disappointing, because if you select spicy chips with the other options, it's far to spicy almost inedible. Me and my husband could not eat the food and had to sadly bin it. Honestly with price increase, menu change and the food packaging, which caused my food to leak juice and made a right mess. You really need to listen to what customers want or things.

   Definitely too spicy! I bought vegetarian noodles that had no indication of spice and I ended up leaving them unfinished as I couldn't feel the taste over the amount of chilli used. Not against spicy food... I actually love them, but this just when the spice was used with some logic... Here they simply took the can of chilli and dropped it into the sauce without measuring anything. Definitely won't visit again!

   First time visiting here. And I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and variety. Shruti was very warm and welcoming and immediately made me feel comfortable with what I think I might like. She did a great job helping me choose my box. Definitely might visit again soon

   Good food. Nicely located. The locals love their oodles box. We went during the lunch time on a Friday and it was really busy. However, we were lucky to get seats, which are really comfy. Without any doubt, we went for the small box of Oodles mix. The box contained egg fried rice, veg chowmein, chilli chicken and salt and pepper chicken. The portion size was fine for each of us and really tasty.

   Once again I have had another issue with the ordering and collection. I order multiple times either for 2 or for 12 + people and each time I have had to call and tell them of what is missing. This time I ordered a large and was given a medium. My order is also wrong as I asked for chips and noodles and there are no chips in sight. - really disappointing and ruined the experience. I found out when I got home and called up the shop to be told “next time” we will make it right. I have had about 3 “next times” and now I will not be going back. It is either the management staff or the chefs/workers who are not bothering to ensure orders are correct. Not happy with the service and the constant incorrect orders being given with little apology or acknowledgement .

   Just brilliant... Been here a number of times. Always loved the food. Tasty food and good in both quality and quantity. Without a doubt one of the best Chinese restaurants in Manchester. I just have a concern which I noticed twice now. The black plastic fork u guys provide, at times breaks while picking/mixing the noodles into small pieces. Hope u guys take care of this please. Great Going guys. Definitely worth.
