Had never ordered a Chinese before and was so scared I’d hate it but honestly this place did not let me down! Delivery was over 45 mins past the first estimated time (Was given 21:25-21:45 and then changed to 22:00-22:15 it then arrived just after 20 past 10) and after reading the reviews and calling them 5 times in 20 mins just for an automated message to say their inbox is full(not suprised) I had high hopes it wouldn’t turn up or would be very late but considering the fact it is New Year’s Day n no one can go wrong with a good Chinese on nyd I didn’t really care about the fact it was late. They gave free prawn crackers and sent a large curry sauce instead of regular which I think was due to the fact it was late so this was very good to do of them. The food itself was really good, it was hot when it arrived and the portion sizes are a lot so you can’t really complain about the price when one portion could easily fill 2 people if not more. Food wise I would DEFINITELY order again Delivery wise, probably not as it was late and considering the reviews I don’t trust it would be on time despite only living 10 min drive away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on Deliveroo and it took them an hour and a half to assign a driver, (which is shocking given the fact I ordered only 3 items). No driver, no updates no nothing. Tried calling the restaurant ten times and went straight to voicemail each time. When the food actually arrived, I genuinely wish it hadn’t. The duck was basically a bag of burnt bones; dry, brittle and inedible. The prawn crackers felt like they’d been sat in a box since 2007. The soup was indescribable. But if I had to I’d call it pond water with mystery chunks. Truly vile. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to exist. Between the repulsive food and none existent customer service, complete waste of money and time. Don’t even bother unless you want to be on the toilet all night.

Placed order at 7.20pm with delivery time of 8.10pm. Still not arrived at 9.30pm. Tried to call, no answer or line busy. Checked app and they've cancelled the order. Great when I've now got to sort tea for two kids. Last time we ordered it was late. Won't be ordering from here ever again

To be honest i would not order again. 1 hour 45 minutes to receive. It did say 1 hour. Rice was ok. Chips abit cold. We got these weird mcdonalds nuggets ( possibly as a peace offering) which were not great.

Refurbished location, comprehensive menu, food is good. This is my first order from this place. I had special Chow Mein and the flavour of the dish was delicate and the meat was tasty. The sesame prawn toast sadly was on the burnt side, but the crispy duck was GREAT! Overall, good value for money and freshly cooked food. I will return to try other things on the menu.

Ordered on many occasions. Last time food came complete with hair! Tonight we thought we’d give another chance, how wrong we were! Sadly will not be ordering from here again. Food looked like it was reheated. The fried rice was well just bloody awful! The ribs were not ribs, just fat! Never again, sadly a local business not doing itself any favours.

Ordered a special in OK sauce. What I got was pork ribs (if you want to call them that) with loads of onion…a special is suppose to contain everything…it even says on the description that it contains prawn and crab. It doesn't. It was rubbish, I wouldn't have minded so much if the ribs actually had a decent amount of meat on but they didn't hardly any meat on them just bone and cartilage.

The single best Singapore noodles Ive ever eaten, paired with a side of mixed vegetables in chilli sauce which were also delicious. You know a takeaway is good when you can wait for your next chance to order from them. Very reasonably priced and fast delivery.

We have ordered from this Chinese Takeaway for a few years and although we have our favourites the standard has been very good overall . We used to order the 5 dishes for £14 and although smaller portions than the main menu was good value for money and allowed 2 people a nice selection they have stopped doing this offer back in 2019 . We still order from the main menu now but just have a couple of dishes and a rice between us and if we have starved ourselves have quarter of crispy duck to share but you have to be really hungry . Beef in green pepper with blackbean sauce has always been awesome . My Wife like the Prawn Balls ( big prawn dipped in batter and deep fried ) We normally share quarter of crispy duck with pancakes hoisin sauce and cucumber and Chinese spring onion . The Yung Chow fried rice is excellent fluffy tender tasty rice full of small pieces of meat char sui , chicken , beef , small prawns or shrimps big long foil tub full to the brim for £5.80 sounds a lot for rice but a meal in itself . Had the offer boxes as well prawn balls with special mix rice comes in a large chippy polystyrene box and the Chilli Ribs with egg fried rice comes with a portion of chopped fried onions and chilli that was a little bit hot for me so I just ate the rice and ribs . Only time I was disappointed ordered duck in plum sauce and it came like a chicken escallop it has been flattened out quite thin egg wash rolled in breadcrumbs then pan fried or quick deep fry sliced then the sauce poured on top . Every other place it's just been simply a duck breast with skin pan fried sliced and sauce . It was ok well cooked and edible but just not right for me just be his they make it would not order that specific dish again . Overall we are very happy ordering from here the standard of the food is good no noticible difference between orders if you order beef in green pepper in black been sauce it's tasted the same year after year and delivery has been fine even though we are 2.6miles away even when busy normally at max an hour wait usually about 40-45 minutes .

Ordered through Just Eat and so didn't experience the language barrier that other reviewers seem to have experienced on the phone. Great food. Piping hot. Tasty. Speedy delivery, even on a Friday night. I recommend.
