   I ordered a cookie dough and proceeded to get a waffle not only was it cold it was crusty and revolting. I think the worker is without papers and not only that but his attitude towards me as a customer was revolting I’m disgusted at this appalling service. Furthermore the cleanliness of the building and the food station was the worst I’ve seen. NEEDS HACCP REVOKING AND AN IMMEDIATE SHUT DOWN OF THE BUILDING.

   Won't be ordering here again cheesecake came mushed up and melted and ice cream was melted then asked for a refund and just threw excuses at me saying they will get manager to ring me and when I asked time they said in morning then when I asked again changed the answer and that they can't give out refunds. Don't sell food if you can't give the option to refund order's that are messed up just shows you don't respect your customers.

   Honestly, no words for this business, ordered 2 cookie doughs and two milkshakes which were horrendous. My little 3 year old nephew can do a better job than this. I had family over to stay they heard this was the best food place in Sheffield but clearly not with the milk all sloppy and smelly with no taste. Waited 2 hours for them to say “ahh sorry brother sorry brother”. Asked for a refund but kept complaining and not wanting to give it. Owner kept telling me stories and didn’t want to give refund. Dont order from this place unless you want food poisoning and end up dead next day.

   Shocking service!!! Ordered food over phone, after an hour and half called to chase up food she said driver was on way. Called half hour later as still no food to cancel order as was far too late now and all we got was okay! Okay!!!! They clearly hadn't made our food or even attempted delivery!

   I was really looking forward to trying this place out and ordered for the very first time tonight being in isolation for 6 days now with covid, and just got my sense of taste, smell and appetite back. I ordered a sundae and a milkshake and got the ‘thumbs up’ from the restaurant via Just Eat, only a few minutes later I received a text message say they had cancelled my order because ‘the restaurant can’t make it’ nothing else. I checked the closing times advertised which show plenty of time. Really disappointed and most probably won’t try again. £10 minimum order is a bit pricey for delivery especially when charging £2.90 to deliver and slap a 50p service charge on top. I do hope I get the refund promised as I’m hugely disappointed tonight.
