   Pissing down with rain, freezing cold, finishing a 10 hour shift. Lovely Pudding, Chips, Peas n Gravy for less than £6. That’ll do. Friendly lad served me, food was great. Fell asleep on the sofa, must of needed it, must of been well fed.

   Our first time tried this place, ordered the food yesterday. Salted and pepper squid, spare rips in ok sauce, sweet and sour chicken and stir fried noodles, absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend and will go back again.

   Don't go they take your money and don't deliver food had my children waiting and the manager was so horrible we waited for ages and they didn't even turn up or give us a refund beware of this takeaway

   Absolutely the worsr Chinese Chippy Ive ever had. 3 of us refused to eat it. The curry sauce has zero taste, like a mix of cornflour and water, this was poured on top of mushy peas which were like nothing we have experienced before. Green peas in a brown mush, absulutely rancid. After we hac eaten a few mouthfuls we packed it all back up and drove back to get a refund. The owner refused to give us a single penny because some of it had been eaten. Which it had to be to taste it. Will never return. I hope this review saves someone else from a similar bad experience.

   Ordered on their own website and the food arrived hot within 20 minutes, so a really quick delivery! The charge for delivery was only £1 and a 50p service charge so it's a lot cheaper than most other places. Items ordered were of a good quality and were really tasty. You also get a choice of free items depending on how much your order comes to, which is a really good touch. Overall, really pleased with my order and I will definitely be ordering again, this may possibly be my new go to Chinese takeaway!

   I have just received my first takeaway from here and it was good and the portions are good the only thing I was disappointed was the chicken spring rolls very very greasy I had to put them in the bin.. the salt and pepper chips was amazing first time trying these I'm going to give this takeaway 7/10 and because it wasn't higher was the chicken spring rolls far to much grease they were swimming in it.

   Absolutely awful. Ordered crispy chilli beef and it is so soggy and tasteless, salt and pepper chips are so pale and undercooked and the noodles were really greasy.

   Order from Golden Wok, food arrived and it was inedible, undercooked chicken, chips and over cooked noodles.. I took the food back! and they refused to refund me and tried to spin me some banking rubbish which I corrected them on. They then started going on about their trade etc... I am now currently going through the process of reporting and getting my money back with a 3rd party but a business shouldn't be allowed to operate like this .. Save your money and Avoid!
