Order took over an hour to arrive, was told it would be with us in under 45 minutes. Awful customer service on the phone too when calling to see where order was. Will not use again
Cant give a rating as it doesn't deserve one, paid 5 pound for a tiny donner kebab that consisted of donner meat slapped on top of an uncut pitta, no salad even though I asked for it and waited an hr even though we were the only ones in there, last time I'll ever go as it's not the first time I've had this discusting service from them...
This place is absolutely terrible, I would advise everyone to stay clear of this place. Customer service BAD, hygiene BAD, waiting time BAD, food BAD. Only plus is there a taxi rank next door to get you away from the horrible place.
worst takeaway in ossett! Food turned up flat cold, wrong drink, korma sauce looked frozen, absolutely vile, thrown it al away. Waste of £17
I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Ordered food 2 hours ago while still open and payment has been taken out of the account but still no food, and now Aishas is closed.. we want our money back!!!!!!!!
