   Big bites was my absolute favourite takeaway for years. Always spot on. Last 3 or 4 times though food has been really late, cold and poor quality. Ordered food tonight, 2 and a half hour wait, naan bread was like concrete (used to make them fresh), everything was covered in Greece. Don’t know what’s happening with them but not going to order from here ever again!

   Ordered via uber eats at 7:50pm delivery estimated for 8:30-8:50 finally got correct order at 11pm after receiving someone else’s order with their details on along side a calzone which was told was mine which contained pork which I don’t eat. Disappointing and disrespectful

   Just eat suggests order to home (9 mins drive away) should be 30-45 mins Hour and half later order turns up. Very RUDE driver. Cut across neighbour garden to access my home. Has set off ring doorbell notification next door, to where they have text me and complained, being 02:45 Opens the kebab. Everything freezing cold. Moved food about , to see if any hotter at the bottom of the pile. All still freezing. Meats looked very over cooked, all dry and shriveled up. Then noticed the requested chilli sauce was not on the meats, but instead some rank stinking sauce, white and congealed, smelling of garlic, and can only assume tahini, although a very poor attempt at being tahini. Tried phoning the outlet. Of course, no one answers, and tried contacting just eat for resolution, but also, just an automated useless response. Really not surprised this shambles of a place only has a 3 star food safety rating. I am amazed that they actually got 3 stars, based on what was sent out that was supposed to look like a kebab meal The word awful, really is a lot more generous than deserves.

   Thought i would give this place a try (never again) The food that i was served with was tasteless and undercooked, and the staff seemed to be disinterested the moment i walked through the door. Considering I was the only customer in the takeaway you would think the staff would be more enthusiastic, but here that is not the case. Poor customer service and food that leaves much to be desired. An unsatisfactory experience, I certainly won't be coming back...

   Forgot my salad I ordered a chicken kebab and got a chicken swami kebab. Food was the smallest portion I have ever had from any kebab. The food its self was terrible. Will never order from there again. ( wasn't cheep either)

   Ordered my food about half 6/7. It’s now quarter to nine and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Tried ringing the place and the phone just rings out and no one answer

   I was visiting family and we ordered our food via Justeat at approx 6.50pm. Delivery time was given for 8.05pm-8.25pm. Unfortunately we were still waiting at 9.30pm. We messaged for update, no response and tried to ring several times but it was continually engaged (or off the hook)

   Ordered at 19.15, estimated arrival time was between 20.30 and 20.50, not arrived by 21.10 however stated on app it had - contacted shop who informed us order was ready now and would be 15 minutes - asked for refund and they said it could be done on the just eat app however as they had marked the order as arrived were unable to do this - ended up driving to shop at 21.35 when no food had arrived to retrieve a refund. Good then arrived at 21.55! Who wants to eat their dinner at 10pm when it was ordered just after 7pm! The food is gorgeous and it is our second time using it as we loved the kebab so much but will NOT be returning - also they sent a female driver when 2 male drivers were sat in the shop, I don’t know what kind of men would do that!!!

   Ordered on a weeknight. Estimated delivery time was 50 minutes prior to ordering. Call 2 hours and 20 minutes later. One member of staff told me it was on its way and would be 10 minutes. Passed to another member of staff who then told me it was not ready yet and definitely had not been sent. They refused to refund. Food eventually came just short of 3 hours after ordering. It was average. This was the first time I had tried this place in 2 years after a similar experience. Avoid.
