   We had a home delivery from the Wok Inn recently and it was ok but nothing more than that. I notice they get a lot of glowing reviews, which is fair enough as we all have differing opinions and what constitutes good food. Personally, I'll give the place a miss in the future - HOWEVER - my real concern is their Food Hygiene rating of only one star (inspection carried out 3 months ago), which definitely needs to improve considerably. Had I known about the rating then I wouldn't have given them my custom. Just my opinion, please feel free to disagree.

   I have just had the most beautiful sweet and sour chicken I've ever had, and believe me, i am hard to please, because of some medical issues. The chicken was done to perfection, the batter on the chicken was light fluffy, you could tell it was freshly done. The sauce was just right, not too sweet it was perfect. I had egg fried rice with my meal, again perfect. I will definitely be going there again. THANKS EVERYONE Kathy.

   The food is lovely and very generous portions, but they are unreliable, they say they close on Mondays, which is fine. But just be aware they also sometimes close on various other days even when their website says they are open. I would give it five stars for the food.

   The reason for many a happy Sunday night! The Wok Inn is one of the best Chinese takeaways in the local area in my personal opinion. I have been ordering from here for easily a decade now and I have never been disappointed. The lady behind the counter is lovely and never hesitates to add in very generous extras for paying over certain prices. The food always tastes excellent and from what I can see the kitchen looks professional and very clean. Ordering is easy and quick and thr food is always ready upon arrival. Definitely worth a go if you happen to be in the local area.

   Can't believe there's bad reviews for this place. We phone through regular orders and they're always ready promptly and taste great. Friendly service, a charming lady there who wouldn't even take a tip, we almost argued when I insisted! Free prawn crackers with larger orders. Brilliant! What more could you possibly want?!
