We recently had our work’s bottomless brunch here from 2–4pm and it was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. We were seated upstairs right near the singer, which created a fantastic atmosphere and really made the afternoon feel special. The staff were amazing throughout friendly, attentive, and always on the ball. Our glasses were never empty, and there was a constant flow of delicious pizza coming to the table. The service was seamless and really added to the overall experience. A special mention as well for how accommodating they were with dietary requirements. One of our colleagues has a gluten allergy, and the team catered for them perfectly, which was really appreciated. Overall, an excellent bottomless brunch with great food, great music, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, well-run local spot.

What can I say. The welcome on a cold dark Sunday night was like a warm hug. Staff were lovely and attentive showed us to our table and took our drinks order and left us to browse the menus. We chose the brisket pizza, the nduja spicy pizza and a carbonara pasta with a side of salt and pepper chips. The food was quick and hot and more to the point delicious. Clean plates all around. We saw a few customers having the Sunday roast special and they were massive so if you ever order one make sure you go there hungry! No room for puds but they had great selection of cookie doughs and sweet treats. Around Β£70 for three of us but we'll worth it. Get booked in.

Just by the off chance we decided to call in. Went for the pizza options which were tasty and worth it with some sides. Sat upstairs, venue is really nice and has a good menu. Would like to try the brunch with drinks :-) would return as enjoyed the visit, staff could have been more intensive than just congregating together at the back when several customers were waiting. If you have not been give it a go.

Celebrating an 18th birthday and the staff went out of their way to ensure things went smoothly. The food was fantastic - 14 of us pre-ordered and every one was correct! The staff had pre prepared the bill so that there were 4 different groups paying for what they'd had during the night - amazing organisation. The food was excellent but certainly Matt and the other staff were amazing, polite, professional and so friendly. No hesitation in recommending this place.

Best Pizza spot around, great food warm welcome atmosphere and Staff. Very Reasonably priced food for mid week 2/3 course deals, these are not to be missed , drinks are on the City centre price side . Will be returning again soon

First visit with adult son for a birthday meal. Had pizzas, halloumi fries, cookie dough and lemon meringue pie. Did not disappoint. Lovely evening, food, decor, staff. Very reasonable including drinks especially with it being a special offer night. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

We went for a birthday treat for my kids birthday today, we expected good things and it did not disappoint! We had pizzas, the pulled pork croquettes, garlic bread and halloumi fries. Every bit of the meal was spectacular! The pizza was the best I have had in many years, the staff are really friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the place is immaculately presented. I would highly recommend the place. Well done Dough.

Brilliant! Just what Hindley needed! The place is superb having previously worked at the bank it is great to see what they have done to the place. It's light and has a very modern feel. There's a lovely flower wall for the insta poses. Food was great and out of 5 plates all that was left was a few crusts and 1 slice of pizza. When one of the pizzas arrived it was missing an egg which the server noticed and corrected straight away. We even got a pizza dip on the house as an apology. Food was of good quality and tasted nice. I LOVE that these guys support local and the Blonde Ale is brewed at a micro brewery just a few hundred metres away! My only criticism is the lack of sides on the menu. We would have liked fries , onion rings etc as an option. Congratulations on another gem for Hindley!!!!

What a fab restaurant. On arrival greeted by friendly staff and shown to our table. Looking through the menu there's lots of choices and surely something for everyone. I chose mozzarella and porcini arancini... Balls of rice, cheese and meat covered in bread crumbs. What more could you want! Really tasty! For the main pizza event I chose the Olde English... Basically a breakfast on a pizza, including the fried egg! Some on the table thought it an odd choice but honestly you've got to try it. The runny egg was a welcome addition as a bread dipper for the fabulous tasting pizza crust. Other notable pizza options on the table were the bbq pulled pork and the hot and spicy. All of them looked fantastic and was assured they tasted just as good. Feeling totally full at this point but still had to have a look at the desert menu. There's a few to choose from but by far the most popular in the restaurant was the signature cookie dough with 4 flavours to choose from. Staff were attentive throughout the night making sure we had everything and that our glasses were full. With it being one of the first nights of opening there were some minor teething problems but certainly nothing that would put me off coming back. I would highly recommend Dough to everyone in the area. Another great restaurant from the team behind Summat to Ate and Kore.

Just been for opening night. Got to say it’s fantastic! So looking forward to this opening. The decor is relaxing and inviting. We had our usual warm welcome when we arrived. We had the dough balls to start, then I had the pulled pork pizza and my wife had a cheese and tomato pizza with added red onion and mushroom. But the absolute star was the Crust Dipper. We had the alioli but there are more to choose from. Trust me they are well worth it! Finally we tried the cookie dough desserts. Indulgent but oh so worth it! Staff were so friendly and attentive all the way through. Thoroughly enjoyable evening!
