Food was cold, dry, tasteless. Delivery £5 and took almost 2 hours to arrive. Honesty took dry January to another level.
Tonight I ordered a Spicy Lamb and black bean sauce, and I have to say it was perfection. The food was noteworthy, abundant and more importantly, tasteful. The delivery was here before the set time, and the driver were very respectful and kind. Thanks for such a great service, Palace Chef. We'll definitely be ordering this again!
I ordered chicken chow mein and there was about 8 pieces of shredded chicken, l mean miniscule pieces, it cost £15 with chips and l definitely will not be going again, it was a rip off
Order came on time but was cold. Ordered a munchy box that consisted of 4 spare ribs, 4 chicken wings, a few pieces of chicken, a handful of chips and raw onions. The prawn crackers and curry sauce were okay. Rang to complain and had the phone put down on us. Spent over £30 and there wasn't enough to feed two of us. Definitely won't be ordering again.
First time ordering for this takeaway and will never order again. Had king prawn cashew nuts, Prawns were like rubber, approximately 8 cashew nuts and sauce was like water with no flavour, and loaded with water Chestnuts! Soup was watery and tasteless, prawn toast was dripping in grease. Only good thing was the dim sum was nice.

Ordered food and delivery driver was very rude due to not being able to find my home. When he rang I went outside to collect the food and he was very aggressive and swearing at me. He then decided he was not leaving my food order and pulled out a baseball bat on me. When I contacted the takeaway on the phone there was not even an apology, disgusting behaviour.
I ordered to the wrong home and within 10 minutes of calling the restaurant (unaware it had closed) a kind lady had arrived at my house with the order. Excellent service.
Went in and ordered off the menu on the desk paid for it then I realised I paid £3 too much. I chalenged the owner and she said the menu on the desk is 2020 prices, I said well you can't advertise your meals like that and then charge your customers more especially without telling you first. Totally out of order and illegal. Got my money back and went elsewhere.
