Booked a table for my son’s birthday meal yesterday, Nando’s Leigh staff was absolutely amazing!! They could not of done anything more to make he’s night there any better they went above and beyond, all very friendly and the food was delicious. All deserve a pay raise after last night. Thankyou all who played a part in my son’s night.
Our first ever visit to a Nandos. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Once we placed our order the food arrived quickly. Our bill came to £33.75 for a Fino Pitta, Sunset Burger, Peri-Salted Chips, plain Chips and two Iced Teas. Although the food tasted ok, it was nothing special. We both thought the portion size was not value for the money.
Have very unpleasant experience 3 times in a row. Always burned Halloumi, Olives never have Proper mix with garlic as its say on the menu, cheese cake arrive smashed often… When you sick and you order food and can’t go out you have all this arrived, it’s not going feed you or make you feel any batter. Only plain half Chicken is ok always rest always have trouble and other problem you not there to show or change for normal. I call even manager is busy they ask me call back in 20 min. Really?! What a grate service! Thank you
I’ve always enjoyed Nando’s because the food is exactly what you expect – tasty and consistent every time. But what really stood out on my visit was Leo from the team. He’s such a great guy with a warm and genuine personality that makes the experience even better. As someone who also runs a restaurant with my husband, I can say we truly appreciate and value amazing people like him – they are the heart of hospitality.
We visited this Nando’s branch on Sunday! I just wanted to say how unbelievably amazing all the staff were! We had our little boy with us who is 17 month old and the staff were so lovely and welcoming to him and us, they brought him colours and stickers and were speaking to him, getting him involved and even let him help to sweep up which he absolutely loved. The food was amazing! One staff member I believe her name was Amelia if I can recall correctly was amazing and couldn’t have done more for us if she tried, such high quality of service. We used to visit the middlebrook branch but we will be choosing the Nando’s in Leigh every time now. Well done Nando’s Leigh Team.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was very nice. Unfortunately the Nandos app wouldn't apply a discount so the order had to be placed at the counter. Overall we had an enjoyable visit.
Re-visit Wednesday evening: another great visit ’Callum’ looked my friends & I! His customer service was exemplary! food was perfect I’d say the best and freshest tasting i have had at any Nando’s (previous review 1 yr ago) Great friendly welcome, and fantastic quality Nando’s food. Horwich Middlebrook as always been my favourite!…however Leigh may take that crown now!!
Absolutely our of this world customer service. Our dessert order didn't go through because of Internet signal and instead they put the order through for us at the table and then said it was on them. I explained how i had just been to my grandmas funeral and that the gesture was greatly appreciated considering the mood of the day.
This place is awsome. I really liked the way the have setted it out and the food is just amazing. It is one of my first try in nandos and i reallly liked the food. The chicken was well cooked and the fries are perfect. I had even tried the burger which was ok because the bun seems to be a bit hard. But in total review i just loved the place and the food is amazing. I Recomend nandos for everyone who seeks good food
