   I ordered a pizza and a Quarter Pounder meal for delivery from this takeaway shop. and I was thoroughly impressed. I had some allergy concerns, and the staff member who answered my call was incredibly knowledgeable—he explained the ingredients clearly and reassured me with confidence. His customer service skills were outstanding. The delivery was also impressively quick. Great job all around!

   If i could give 0 stars i would. Food took 1.5 hours to come from the moment i ordered, even though i live maximum 8 minute drive away from the shop. Called the store 3 times in between to ask for an update, they kept saying the driver left, they will call the driver and then call me back. No call back. Once the driver arrived the food was cold, 2 of us at home checked the temperature to make sure i was not crazy. I Sent the food back with the driver as i was not paying money for cold food. And then Surprise Surprise, got a call from the shop, finally. Only to ask me why i sent the food back, he said the food was in front of him and the box was still hot. He then went to tell me they will black list me for returning the food. They tried justifying instead of cooperating. Absolutely appalled at the service today as they know we have been returning customers for a while. Extremely disappointed

   I ordered food from this place yesterday with my family, order was 9.99. but not drinks. Order to drinks for a total of £2 and paid the stuff £10, didn't get my change back. Went back for my money, the same guy that saved me said I didn't pay for the drinks and he let me walk away without paying but will check the CCTV to see if I had paid. Waiting for a call to get my money back. If this does not happen I will be telling all there customers I know from my church not to go there again. I am an honest hard-working man that have been treated as a criminal for asking for my hard earned cash in these cost of living times. It's very disappointing and I am not happy to loss money.

   Ordered two peri burgers for £12, 2 portions of chips at £3.50 each and a portion of 4 garlic breads with cheese for £4. This price doesn’t include extra fees. Chips were re-fried cardboard tasting chips, peri burger was half of a dry chicken breast (I am being generous calling it half.) Meant to be medium spice and felt like I received a rubbery/dry half a breast between a thick soft bun, that was double the size of the breast. No flavour and wouldn’t even consider it medium spice. The cheesy garlic bread was a insult. Literally the tiniest bread with the tiniest amounts of cheese. All food was room temperature and stale tasting. There’s a reason I don’t order food late at night on just eat. Because what you are left with are the takeaways that no one usually orders from, but in desperate times people will give it a go. Hence why these places are open so late. My advice would be to avoid this place at all costs.

   Usually enjoy ordering from here. However yesterday they were closed on Just Eat, so I had to order the food using Uber. For some reason they're Buy one get one free offer for pizzas do not work here. I checked Just eat this morning and it's working again. I was charged double what I would usually order. Could someone from the restaurant get back to me and explain what happened. Do you not use Just Eat on Saturdays?

   Today I had the worst food ever, it’s was disgusting.The ribs was gone of and In the chicken we found hair, I’m a breastfeeding mother how can you do that to us and I’m sure we are not the first and the last one.I hope your shop will shut down and I promise you that.I don’t care who is the boss there , this is not a good time for him as well.
