   A 5 minute wait for my order to be prepared and served by efficient staff. I got the Fried Chicken Ramen. The chicken was tasty, but on the verge of being overcooked and beginning to get a little dry. I really liked the breadcrumb coating and how it soaked up the broth, yet retained its own flavours. A good variety of vegetables included, all with a crisp and crunchy texture in good contrast to the soft noodles. The broth had a medium spiciness, but I found it was a little bland and a bit oily. A good portion size, fairly priced. *Edit* To clarify: the medium spiciness is in reference to the chilli heat level, which was good. The bland flavour is the lack of aromatic spices, in my opinion.

   Ordered the ramen and was really looking forward to it. The broth tasted too strong as if it was 3 beef stock cubes diluted into a cup. The flavour was too overpowering that I ended up leaving my food to one side. Also the ramen noodles were stuck in clumps at the bottom. Considering we have ordered other dishes from here before, the ramen is certainly one that we would not order again. May I suggest to taste the broth before serving?

   Was really looking forward to Katsu chicken. Presentation was good. Shame that the chicken was uncooked, didn’t want my meal replaced after waiting 30 min wait. Spent the weekend in bed with sickness and diarrhoea, such a shame. In reply to your message It was Saturday 20/05/23 at 14.47 pm ordered via the app and app advised would be 20 min wait!! I have photos and have no reason to lie!!!!! Like I said such a shame. If you would like my receipt and photos I can forward them on to yourselves

   I had the Ramen with pork belly. Simply yummy, but if you can't eat spicy food, let them know. It's a very big portion, perhaps a little too much for small eaters.Also ordered the bao bun but yet to try it, so can't comment yet.

   Order the BaoBun, pork and chicken. Taste is fine, not excellent, just ok. Staffs are chill and polite! But they missed my order. Good to try, take some time for second round.

   £5.50 for cauliflower is a little steep without some rice, there is the same dish in Liverpool Market and they give option of chips and rice or just cauliflower for £3.50. Don't get me wrong it was super delicious but the portion size as very small and poor customer service from the guy who served us.

   Had the belly pork & chicken bao buns - definitely moreish and delicious. Also had the fried chicken and Seoul fries which were tasty. My friend had the beef sandwich and said that was superb as well. Can't wait until my next visit!!!
