   Judging by the amount of top ratings people have given, they haven't eaten in a real Italian Restaurant. It's not an Italian Restaurant and I don't think any member of staff were Italian. The food was mediocre and not fresh. The live act upstairs was irritating and belonged more in a social club. The bill was overpriced as they had not deducted the pre paid deposit but was rectified. On the plus side the young waitresses were very nice and helpful and the pictures on the wall were nice scenes from Italy.

   Had a fantastic night celebrating my daughter’s birthday at Francos. Delicious food and great service. We all had the early bird menu which was truly amazing and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this place. The service was outstanding! Thank you Francos

   From the moment we walked in till we left everybody was so pleasant, when walking out there must have been 6 staff that said have a good night. Needless to say the service was spot on, never rushed and well looked after. Now the food, yes this didn’t let them down either. Two starters and two mains great quality good portions at reasonable prices, nice ambiance and decor.

   Best ever garlic bread and dessert i ever had in an Italian restaurant. I loved the penne Franco however, the calzone and carbonara were average. Also, the stuffed mushroom starter could have been better. Saying that, there's a Large sitting area, ideal for large groups and Definitely visiting again because worth the money and quantity of food served here!

   Lovely, great value for money, Italian restaurant. We've been walking past it for a couple of years, and decided to finally book for a birthday meal. We had the 3 course early bird menu for £16.95. I was expecting the portions to be tiny but they are huge. Really good value for money, and everybody in our party loved the food. Very friendly staff and service was excellent, very attentive. Very busy on a Tuesday and great atmosphere. Definitely planning on going back soon.

   Very nice food! Very friendly staff. Good atmosphere in the restaurant. Nice little place in town to have an authentic bite to eat. However, we felt our service was very rushed. As soon as we sat down we ordered, next the food was there then as soon as we'd finished the last mouthful our plate was gone! Wanted a little more chilled time, we also had about 5 waiters serve our table.

   Absolutely brilliant, we had a great time here for my Dad's birthday meal. All the staff are very friendly and the decor is very nice. It's the first time I've ever been, but I've always wanted to just because of how it looks from the outside, and it didn't disappoint. It's got a nice bar area downstairs to wait while your party arrives, with a good selection of drinks. The menu is great, I can honestly there didn't look like one thing I wouldn't like. Everybody enjoyed their food, especially my daughter . All in all, we had a great time and will see definitely go again.
