   The one star goes to the chips they were ok, the beef and mushrooms were disgusting, thin slices of frozen beef which you buy from asda for £1 absolutely disgusting, it used to be a good chinese take away but will never be going back now.

   Been going here for years and my grandparents did as well. It’s great food, portions sizes are not the biggest and isn’t the cheapest but the food is amazing. Can’t complain, il happily pay the prices for the food quality.

   The food is excellent but portion sizes are a little on the small side. You can't order online only by telephone or go to the shop itself and its cash only.. They are always very pleasant and courteous. The shop looks dated and I can remember it being like that 30 odd year ago , but its clean and got a 4* hygiene rating

   I have been visiting this establishment for at least 30 years, the quality is always superb. Ying used to be front of house but now her daughter and son have taken over with dad still cooking in the background. I know it’s not strictly Chinese food but the chips are the best anywhere, always brilliantly cooked and never greasy.

   Shame they don't give out their phone number so I can order in advance as it's kinda awkward standing there for ages. But the food is second to none. Best chippy I have ever been too. Me and my dad have been going for years now. Note to owners: Please do delivery, just please invest in it. It would be a good move as you have the best food (Chippy food) in town so I'd capitalise on it.
