Ordered the salt and pepper mega box, for it to be a 10” pizza box that wouldn’t have even fed two people. £20 for essentially a meal for myself is ridiculous, how is it called a mega box and the box is tiny with barely anything in it? Chicken inside was also pink/purple. Extremely disappointed because this used to be a decent place, I will NOT be returning.
Very disappointed with our order. It arrived 30 minutes late. We spent £50, which is very overpriced for what you get and the salt and pepper share box barely made two portions. The chips were very soggy, the noodles were just plain boiled noodles bland and dry and the chicken and sweetcorn soup was very salty. This is the second time we’ve had a poor experience after giving it another chance. Sadly we won’t be returning.
£4.20 for a tiny fish Chips are full of overcooked bits not proper chips!! Frozen chips would of been better!! Old oil and greasy smelly chips
Ordered through uber eats, food delivery was 1 hour 30 minutes (40 minutes later than the latest time given for delivery) when phoned they said the food was 10 minutes away (the chippy is 0.6 miles away. The chips were Luke warm greasy and undercooked. The burger was a microwave burger so was like rubber (and cold) by far the worst chippy in Golborne. Service was bad food was awful. Should get minus 5?stars, 1 star is to good. I was not going to route through garbage to take a picture
So yummy!! I ordered the scampi, salt n pepper chips & Chinese curry and it was fabulous!! Highly recommend :)

AVOID 3* FOOD RATING ..doesnt even warrant a zero * rating previous inspection rated it a 1* !! dirty especially boh .. dont want to put you off your dinner therefore won't go onto detail ..worst food ever ..some (not all ) very nice staff .. who deserve a medal ..Read previous reviews regarding the owner ..who thinks she's invincible..i guarantee if this was an open kitchen you would not even enter the premises never mind eat the food
Absolutely shocked. Normally recieve good service here. Today we got moaned at by the delivery driver for preordering. Then to open our food and it is not what was ordered. Then to phone about the incorrect order to have a full blown argument with whoever is cooking today about how it is what I ordered even though I order weekly and have never recieved a beef in black been sauce that is red, full of garlic and so hot that I had to down a cup of milk when tasting it to check what it is. So disappointed, won't be returning will rather try someone else.
Love this chippy, value for money and really tasty food. Some of the 'lunchtime specials' sound very appetising and also seem to be very good value. The 2 young ladies serving were friendly and chatty, very customer focused. I Highly recommend
