   Everything about this place is cheap and fake. Ordered the 12oz boneless box, chicken is described as marinated for 24 hours but I almost choked on every bite it was that dry. Mac n Cheese is NOT Mac n cheese it’s just macaroni with some tasteless sauce on it. Potatoes were advertised as roasted but were boiled new potatoes. “Kinder Bueno” brownie was just a shop bought brownie with a kinder bueno snapped on top. Chocolate fudge cake is just a tiny slice of that huge chocolate cake you can buy in Costco for £5 Would definitely not recommend anyone who is a lover of soul/street food to eat here, you will be massively disappointed.

   The food is always so lovely however I got a take away and as I’ve come to the end of my meal I have found a hair in my food this caused me to spew it all back up very disappointed on top of this I rang to collect my order they said it would be ready in 20 minutes I went and only got my food 50 minutes after ringing very disappointed in this experience

   Aros used to be really good food, but popularity has really let it down as of recent and the prices are a bit expensive to make this a regular takeout spot. The service is ok when picking up, but I once ordered for delivery - didn’t receive it nor heard anything, even though they marked it as delivered- went to the shop to ask where it is and they said to return home. No help or indication on where my food was. In the end, the food arrived 90 minutes after ordering and 24 minutes after visiting the shop. If I’m ordering delivery, please don’t mark it as delivered if it hasn’t been delivered! I’d still recommend however only for pickup.

   My first time today, I ordered the jobless chicken box and the shredded steak box for me and my friend. All the different flavours and variations of food were incredible, I found it so moreish that I couldn’t stop eating it even when I was full. The whole combination of the boxes works perfect. The meat is cooked to perfection and I was asked how I’d like my steak cooked. The prices for the amount of quality food you get is insane. The staff were so friendly and pleasant which made the whole experience more welcoming and enjoyable. The shop is extremely clean and kept to very high standards, I have already recommended this place to numerous of my friends and will definitely be returning. Thankyou for your service keep up the hard work Aros, great to have such a unique wonderful place on our town.

   Ordered my meal through Snapchat, fast communication, my meal came within no time. I ordered a large shredded steak box, large? This could of fed a family of 4, the food was amazing, flavours that melted my mouth, most delivery's you need to reheat, not ths one. I'm still thinking about it, and tasting it now, an hour later, I hear they have opened a 2nd kitchen in Warrington. We all read reviews, and think yeah overreacting, try it for yourself, thank you for my best meal of 2023.... X

   Absolutely phenomenal. Best take away food I've had. We took advantage of the buy one get one free on Uber and fed 5 of us for £60, and we are stuffed. Prawns, salmon, lamb chops, chicken, wings, potatoes, Mac n cheese, corn and the best rice this side of the Mississippi. You will not be disappointed.

   Wow! 100% the nicest food in Newton right now! The value for money is unreal, I got the 'Boss Box' which is essentially a bit of everything which is £20 and what I got was nothing short of amazing! A massive portion of biryani rice which was phenomenal, a portion of Mac and cheese, a portion of roast potatoes, chicken (both boneless, wings or a mixture is available) salmon, prawns and corn on the cob. The amount of food was easily enough to feed 2 of us. Every single bite was delicious. The food was cooked fresh in front of me so it isn't exactly fast food, there is a little wait but it is 100% worth it. There is seating inside so if you can't wait to tuck in you can do there and then. Staff are brilliant, the owner greeted everyone as they entered as if they were part of his family. I will 100% be returning. Edit 03/04: Return visit, once again went for a Boss Box but this time with extra rice. It was better this time than the last!!! It easily fed 2 of us. This is genuinely restaurant quality food with the convenience of takeaway!

   Tried twice this week firstly Mac+Cheese was good just be weary of sauce in a good way.Second was chicken/Rice was again good .For those who have not tried yet give this place a go .Proven by how many customers it has it appeals to most age range.
