3hr wait on delivery even when eta was 1hr,we ordered food in advance as we thought 1hrs notice would be enough. Food wasn't what was expected very over priced for what we received, smoothy very waterery, lady kept making excuses for long delivery wait. Spent around £100 in total so hardly a cheap order. Celebratory lunch for leaving party ruined by late delivery. Very disappointed with service will not be returning. 1* Service all around.
Food piping hot and cooked to mitchelin star standard everytime. Absolutely beautiful food, tasty well presented and owners always go above and beyond to make sure everything is first class. Thankyou
Order took over an hour to arrive and was wrong when it did arrive but they only arrived as the shop closed so was unable to get a refund or new meal so instead I will be left hungry and 18.97 down. Not only was it cold but it was smothered in a vile sauce that I’d specifically requested wasn’t on my food. Wouldn’t order from here again.
I've been subscribed to the 6 meals per week plan for a few weeks now and unfortunately things have shown up broken/spilt multiple times. This is very sad because the meals have been tasty with good variation and super convenient. Very disappointing paying almost £50/week for food I don't even know if it's safe to eat due to broken/split packaging. edit: I emailed to bring up the issue and never got a response.
I've been working in the area for the past 10 years and the selection of food in the local area has been terrible. Discovered Heaven n Health a few weeks back and have made multiple orders since. The foods made to a very high quality and always taste amazing!
Wow, the food here is amazing!!! I ordered the Sunshine Burger with Sweet Potato fries and it was incredible. The food is always really fresh and hot, when its delivered. Ive ordered a few times from this place and never had a bad meal. Only feedback would be maybe the calorie amounts on the menu, to help with tracking?
My Daughter had been having Heaven and Health Meals for a while and was so impressed with them. She gave me a meal to try, it was absolutely amazing and very healthy too. I loved it that much I have a Subscription for weekly meals delivered to my door, all healthy and at a low cost. Couldn't recommend this company enough, go ahead and try, you won't be disappointed.
First time ordering meal prep from this company. Kept up to date and delivered by DPD. Very well packaged and no damage to containers. The food is exceptional and the best meal prep I've had. The quality and taste is second to none. You get what you pay for and this shows in the food and service provided. Highly recommended and will be placing another order soon,thanks Heaven n Health
Lovely food, simple menu that just works. The regular take out lunch box for £5 is plenty and very nutritious. The food is healthy and fresh. I had chicken with avocado and mixed veg with noodles and the garlic herb sauce. The only problem is they had run out of a few things like sweet potato mash which I would have liked to try. However it's fantastic value, and we will most certainly be back!
