   If you want a subway that does it's best to give you bare minimum they can whilst making the maximum amount of money from you then go to this particular subway. They get annoyed when you don't want to use the touchpads to order and make you wait. Don't bother asking for any extra salad on your sandwich, they don't do that here. Talk to you quite rude and abrupt even when you're turning the other cheek and still being polite and now have the audacity to charge 20p for a bag that you can't use for anything else. I'd rather drive up to Warrington or st Helens.

   The guy put an industrial amount of sauce on my salad. Honestly, it was un-eatable. The ingredients underneath were completely drowned, and the whole thing turned into a soggy, overpowering mess. I’m not usually picky, but this was just ridiculous.

   Gave me one meatball on my meatball marina. Very loud and obnoxious woman working at the till - she was very nosy all i could hear eating my food which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. She also dropped a pan and made a very loud crash that scared my elderly grandma and causes her to have a mini stroke which i find not amusing.

   Date of visit: 17th July 2025. The tastiest Sub I've ever had from any Subway, ever. It was really well made, and well packaged and very flavourful. It honestly tasted so good. My only regret is not getting a footlong! The store itself was clean and well lit, and seems to have benefitted from a recent refurb.

   Avoid, avoid, avoid. Lack of customer service! Refillable drink tastes like soda water with a drop of syrup. Told the woman behind the counter, and she went to the back in a huff. If you’re going to be rude and have a strop then customer service isn’t for you. Tasted it herself and said that’s how it’s meant to taste. If that’s the case then it’s disappointing, mustn’t have tried a refillable drink elsewhere and know how it should taste. Customers are always right! Pressed for tango and practically soda water just came out

   The food as always in subway is excellent. The reason for my one star review is the frustration with what appears to be the manager of the store. She is wholly incompetent and a total bully to the other staff and the customers. Juliet is totally disrespectful to the staff. Her constant need to micromanage everything impedes service and demeens the staff in front of the customers on every visit I have had. She is abrupt and rude to customers and don't think of sending your child for the toilet key unless you want to listen to a tirade where your child will be made to wait an unreasonable length of time no matter how polite they are. This member of staff needs serious training in customer service and the company need to protect the other members of staff from her bullying manner.

   Enjoyed probably one of the most perfectly prepared BMT's I have ever had the pleasure to eat in my life. Great thanks and applause to the Subway masterchef that was David. Well done sir, well done. (Special thanks to the coffee machine that prepared my Latte...I assume David has something to do with this as well)
