   Its christmas eve. Ordered a delivery with mcdonalds app, waited over an hour for it and they sent the drinks twice and no food. Phoned up and complained to be told I had to contact uber eats for a refund, half an hour talking to a chat bot finally get the redund sorted. Kids are starving now and its messed up all our Xmas eve plans so had to go there to order the food. When it comes they missed a chips off that order too. How hard is it to count 4 burgers with 4 chips? Got a half hearted apology and they seemed like they couldn't really give a shit. The kids were in Xmas pj's and had to get them dressed again to go there after over an hour of waiting for it in the first place. The shop was empty except for us and 1 other family. No offer of anything extra for the inconvenience, even a mcflurry for the kids would have been better than nothing. Adults burgers were drenched in sauce and falling apart and one of the burger patties looked like it had a bite taken out of it cause a big chunk was missing. Used to prefere this mcdonalds to others but safe to say its gone so far downhill now its not worth going anymore. Food shit, staff attitude disgusting, can't get orders right. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere or to burger king. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

   Allergy taken seriously which is great. Nothing worse than having a life threatening allergy and having to worry that kitchen staff do not understand the severity. Manager personally made my food helping to avoid cross contamination and assured me my allergen had not been on the grill and he had not touched it at anytime before preparing my food. Well done McDonald’s

   The store was clean and staff friendly, but the food was average and the order wrong. They do have both a drive through and seating area, but for the location it's a small store. The staff where typical very young, but surprisingly polite and kept the eating area clean. We did get the topic group of teanagers being very loud, but they where polite and just jokes with staff. Overall the experience was good and I would return to this store again if I was in the area.

   Ordered tonight & was gutted my app logged me into collection Gemini, when we usually go to Omega and I didn’t realise to change it. This one is consistently poor, so usually avoid! Fries are always empty and again same happened again!! Flat coke, well done Gemini McDonalds for keeping up your poor food standards, you are consistent, I will give you that! Avoid this branch and go to the one 5 mins up the road if you want to get what you pay for.

   Never been in an outlet like this one. No proper counter, just a glorified serving hatch! Although the food and drinks were fine, very disappointed with this outlet. We will choose another location next time, as there is plenty of choice on Robin Park Retail Park.

   We have been coming here for a lot of years as a family. We meet our daughters here for a good catch up. We will never come here again! The new manager has partnered with a car park charging company in October to make money. We were not aware of the change and consequently my daughter has been fined £100 as we stayed for just over an hour and a half. She has sent the receipts to show we spent nearly £30 with them that morning having breakfast then a second coffee. They don’t care! They are threatening her with debt collection if she doesn’t pay the £100 or £50 if she pays it immensely. On principle we won’t pay as the is is purely money making. We will vote with our feet and walk out of this McDonald’s. Shame on you McDonald’s!!

   All the bins in the dinning area overflowing, in the 30 minutes we were in there no body cleaned any of the tables we struggled to find a clean one. The drive through and restaurant were quiet with more than enough staff working to address these basic hygiene issues. Food was not hot just warm.
