Good food, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere at Nando’s Warrington. The chicken was tasty and the restaurant clean. Service was a little slow during busy hours, but overall it was an enjoyable visit and I’d happily return.
Yes its a chain but this branch felt clean and tidy, food was great.
Food was lovely, atmosphere was calm, price wasn't too heavy, and the service was amazing. Tom is a great server and made us feel very comfortable, could not stress enough how on the ball he was with everything without smothering us - what a gem, bless him.
Food took an incredibly long time to arrive. Told 20 mins and it took 40 mins. FYI we were one of two groups in there. Food tasted great as always… when it finally arrived. However this followed the chef banking pots and pans. Then told to shush… as we were the only ones left in at this point. To top it all off the fire alarm went off, set off by smoke but told we’re ok to continue eating.
Badly done.. no direction or Interaction with patrons. It feels like a drive through only walking. For the price you pay you would expect a little more and for the staff to at least pretend they are working, but I gather that's the super chain way. Less os more nowadays. Never again!
Does the job. Every time. Staff are always good too. I could barely believe my eyes when I went to get my cutlery and condiments to find there were no forks. Fortunately, the kind staff whizzed one to me in quick time. Consistently good service. Bravo
The Nando's chicken is always my favourite. I love the taste and the aroma of the chicken. The food is ok. However, I hope that it can be aware of the cleanliness of the dinning area and the cultery (I have just uploaded one of the dirty knives taken out from the counter.)
It’s disgusting to find hair on the salad and the waiter reacts carelessly. The is the worst thing I have ever seen. Additionally there is no straw.
