    I am a regular customer however I will not be going there anymore as I have just been informed that they are not providing the gluten free bread anymore. As someone with celiac disease I can’t eat gluten so that makes fast food options limited for me so now they have said they are not doing gluten free bread anymore I can’t keep going. This is upsetting as that makes another fast food restaurant I can’t eat at which I feel is discriminating.

    the toilets need a massive clean, the toilet was absolutely disgusting covered in human faeces and urine. 2nd off limited amount of different bread (including gluten free) which means i didn’t get to eat. this subway needs sorting.

    Miserable staff member ( late twenties to early thirties)) light brown hair, glasses, no smile, didn't like that I wanted my salad ( that I'm paying for) made up my way) had a surly attitude, acted like serving me was too much trouble for him and just an inconvenience. So much so that although I love subway and have always had my salad made my way by friendly, helpful, cheerful staff. The Stockton heath subway won't be seeing me again. Every other subway in every town I've been to all over the UK has been a welcoming, happy experience. Not so in Stockton heath on 26th march 2025 at approximately 12.30 - 13.00 I definitely won't be going there again.

    Google showed Saturday opening hours as 8 am...came to see on the door saying opening hours as 0900..came back at 0900 sharp... Door still locked..waited 5 mins..still no signs of anyone inside the shop...will never return..

    Very poor from this place, got a delivery they explained to me that food is only ever made when driver arrives driver is 10mins away and my food is already made this is not good as I called them to confirm this and they were so proud of this

    As a franchise Subway is always reasonably good for basic sandwiches but the service here is pretty average. Slow to serve, misunderstandings on orders and a frustration on the length of time it takes to complete an order when compared to other Subways.

    I didn't actually get a subway meal, I popped in on a Sunday morning, and was advised "I wont be a minute " so I patiently waited for around 5 mins. Then I sat down for a further 1-2 mins before deciding I didn't want to wait and advised the staff I may come back later. To witch I got the response "OK sorry I have a £40 uber order to do" Usually I wouldn't complain here but I felt this could have been avoided with the initial "I wont be a minute" replaced with a more useful "Ill be 10 mins" Headed for a local cafe Zalos.

    Manager here is a really nice guy. He makes sure his staff are well trained and keeps the place running smooth. The food in my opinion is excellent and probably the best I've tasted in a subway

    Good clean friendly subway, the lad behind the counter with a beard sorted us out the best breakfast deal and checked upstairs was clean before we even went up there.
