   We stopped off here on our way to Carlisle. I'm sorry but the food was pretty awful, the coffee weak and overpriced for what it was and the service verged on the hostile. We understand they're moving to take the place of the wonderful cafe we stopped in last year but which was sadly closed. We won't return.

   Great place for food anytime of the day, whilst you nip.into wigan town centre. Prices reasonable and food is freshly prepared. Their homemade chips are amazing I have today had the favourite mega breakfast and it is so good ..fills me up till teatime Make sure you make uptown diner a place to go

   Lovely little diner in Wigan centre. They do delicious steak buns with onions and chips! The puddings are always nice too and they have amazing meal deals which are great value!

   Deliciously tender chunky steak pie chips and veg, great value for money and a very generous sized portion, had to review!! Going to have apple pie and custard next, all the lot...for an unbelievable £6.95, I can't believe it!! :))

   Just had the MEGA breakfast which was spot on. Coffee is great too, I'm on my 2nd one! Staff very friendly and quick to service. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Highly Recommended. Never know... might come back for lunch.
