Pizza was terrible no taste was terrible rang up to complain and was arrogant on the phone and didn’t seem phased. Burger was ok and chips fine.
Ordered 3 pizzas. 1 arrived half as was ordered missing items. 2 arrived totally wrong and also missing items from sides. Contacted and was told that we hadn't asked for items to be removed. Even though items we had asked for had been removed off the other plus more than we had asked for. Rang to get the problem sorted and got told that we hadn't put this on the order.
Absolutely the worst kebab me or my partner have ever eaten. We pre ordered the food, it was still 20 minutes late- the driver also confirmed our order had arrived when it hadn’t. Both kebabs were tiny, bland, the lettuce was brown and the chicken was extremely tough. The chicken nuggets and fries had clearly been refried over and over again they were rock hard. Poppers were alright but freezing. Would never order again.
If 0 stars was an option I would give it. Took 2 hours for food to come. When the delivery driver arrived he had one bag full of multiple orders and just handed my partner a pizza and said let’s try this one like he didn’t even know if it was the right one. Luckily it was. All of the food was freezing cold & hard. The pizza was rock hard and the kebab we couldn’t even eat it. It was drier that Gandhi’s sandal and freezing. Tried to call regarding late delivery multiple times but it kept going straight to voice mail. Also tried to call to complain and still straight to voicemail. Thanks for spoiling our night pizza rucola.
Order from here tonight the whole meal didn’t come cooked I rang them back and they just buttoned the phone
The best pizza we have ever had, I've tried a few in wigan and they don't even come close. The portions were very generous, and it tasted fantastic. Thanks for doing a great job and for the best food we have tasted in wigan for a long time. We have found our new takeout place.... and it will take a lot to beat you guys.
Thought I try a different takeaway never again here. Pizza not cook properly and chips rubber. Don't mayo just taste like normal mayo from shops. Don't put any instructing cause they don't listen like my side salad. Just wanted lettuce but got everything.
This used to be my go to pizza place but then it went downhill (this isn't the end of the story!). However recently I gave it another go, whilst the pizza's don't have the herbs they used to have (and the rock salt) they have some absolutely lovely ingredients and taste amazing. 5* for Pizza, next time ill try either the kebabs or the burgers but i definitely recommend the pizza over anywhere in the town centre.
I’ve ordered from here a few times and absolutely loved it! Always blown me away. Would normally rate 5*+++ Normally greeted by a lovely couple making pizza there on the spot fresh! I usually order the rucola special which was divine! Tonight wasn’t the same at all, I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, chicken strips and fries, all of which tasted incredibly cheap! Just a bog standard takeaway experience. No satisfaction to any degree. The service was just as quick however. I’m not sure if this restaurant is using cheaper produce and cutting corners due to the current climate but based on tonight’s performance I would not recommend; Where usually I go out of my way to tell friends how good the food is here! Something has changed, and it’s not good! Please go back to however you were cooking a couple of months ago, used to be a pleasure and totally different experience!
