   First time EVER I give out a 5⭐️ review of a Mc Donald’s in England… I was driving around the area with my partner today when we thought about something to eat before continuing our journey home. The restaurant is outskirts of Wigan - we left the M6 to eat here! Located in Marus Bridge retail park. Very busy area (even today, on Boxing Day) so slew didn’t expect any good. First impression was that the restaurant was busy but SPOTLESS CLEAN! I mean it as I have comparisons with other restaurants. The floor, the benches and the tables were tidy. Staff was welcoming, even the cleaner guy wished a good appetite and also a lovely day… Food was HOT, fish burger and cheese burger was nice, well cooked and the sauces in the burgers were at the right place- not like other places all over the box/ wrap! Congratulations to all who are working there and made this great and surprising experience in.

   ordered delivery paid for extra sauces got none. not the drivers fault but asked him to ask them to make sure they put sauces in and staff just said they did when they didn’t. the bag wasn’t sealed properly and half open so food went cold and stale with how long they took anyway. and didn’t receive some parts of the meal that i paid for?? staff are SO lazy.

   Absolutely shocking. Spent 50 quid and only received half order via uber eats. Went to store and the manager Ben wasn't interested at all. Disgusting behaviour. Maybe get Ben re trained properly.

   Food okay but staff stood around talking rather than being busy. My order number showed as ready for collection yet took ankther 5 mins to actually appear. They also seem to prioritise Uber Eats/Deliveroo workers as if they work for them. No issues with the food but service leaves alot to be desired.

   I am writing to raise a concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had today at around 9:00 AM at your branch. I ordered four cheeseburgers, and as I usually do, I asked for two small sauces. Normally, these are given without any issue. However, today, the staff member handing me the food said nothing, but a lady in a white shirt—who seemed to be a supervisor—spoke to me very rudely and insisted I pay 10p for the sauces. This is not about the money. I have no issue paying for extra sauces. The issue is the disrespectful attitude and unprofessional behaviour shown by someone in a supervisory position. As a regular customer who visits this branch almost five times a week, I have never experienced such treatment before. Such behaviour not only upsets loyal customers but also damages the reputation of a well-known brand like McDonald’s. I hope this incident will be taken seriously and properly investigated. Thank you for your time and understanding.

   Just sat in outside lane waiting 3 cars behind us got served!!! We drove off it was ridiculous so on calling the store to complain there answer was the other persons doing the drinks REALLY WELL STOP PRIORITISING DELIVERIES AND SEE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WAITING. It has a massive problem with anti social behaviour. Not a lace I will be visiting again. RUBBISH SERVICE

   Very popular drive through. The wait can be longer than it would appear. Very fresh and good food . Nice service. But i would not recommend during peak hours if you are pressed for time.

   No issues food. The wait time was quite long. Customer service was fine. Would not sit inside again as it was like a mad frenzy. Tables were not wiped, rubbish overfilling and toilets disgusting (75% not in use?)

   Worst McDonald's I've ever been in. Filthy. Overflowing bins and staff not interested. Waited over 20 minutes for order.
