   I do not recommend this place, the food is very bitter, especially the fries, it is a scam, because I paid £16 for 4 pieces of meat cut into bread, salad and tomatoes, total £16, I paid for the potatoes separately, for this amount the potatoes should have been included, not to mention that I didn't get any sauce on this menu, a complete piece of crap

   Awful food, awful delivery times, told when we returned the unreadable food, that we would not be served, the owner, through the returned food across the food prep area, stating get a refund from uber, DO NOT USE THIS EATERY , we whent several doors down to the Dragon takeaway, and it was stunning.

   I recently had a disappointing experience with a food delivery service that I've frequently used without issue until now. The delivery driver left without handing over my food after waiting only 1 minute and 44 seconds for me to answer the door. At that moment, my partner was indisposed in the bath, and I was on an urgent call with a client. Following this incident, I visited the restaurant in person to seek a resolution, hoping to either get my food order or a refund for both the food and delivery charge. Initially, the staff seemed receptive. However, when I requested a refund for the delivery, the situation escalated negatively. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor throughout the interaction, not only was I refused any form of compensation, but also, when I reiterated my request for a refund, the person I was dealing with forcibly took a bag of food from my hand and rudely told me to leave the premises. This behavior was not only shocking due to the financial loss and inconvenience but also deeply unsettling due to the aggressive and disrespectful treatment I received when trying to resolve the issue—a stark contrast to the quality of service I had come to expect from this establishment.

   Absolutely disgusting food and disgusting customer service. Terrible greasy pizzas. Never ever seen this amount of grease on a pizza, the amount of salt is shocking. Mayo is like water and doesn’t even taste like mayo. When I called to explain why me and my son couldn’t eat this due to the grease and how it was dripping all over the box and off the pizza when picking it up, we was told no point making us another one as it would only be the same and in order to receive a refund he wants to come and collect the pizzas. Both pizzas Returned , didn’t say sorry and then put the phone down. Very rude and unprofessional. 100% do not recommend and will never be ordering from here again. Disgusting and shocking!
