What is wrong with KFC as a brand! I cant tell you the last good one I went to. The chicken was as tough as my shoe soles, the chips were limp, tastless soggy and cold. It is not just reflective of Burtonwood KFC solely, the whole brand is shocking. I thought KFC had quality control management, if they do, sack them!
My husband is a vegetarian,we stopped to get him a meal,the staff said they have stopped doing veggie burgers etc,on your website it states you do serve vegetarian meals,which is it ?in this day and age I expect to be able to get something for him when we are travelling
Definitely the worst of all the takeaway food services. Not sure if it's down to poor training and bad upper management. But every single kfc has the same problems. Poor value, food thrown all over in a bag and biggest of all.. Orders are constantly wrong. Take a look at any kfc review and it's the same problems. Attached picture is definitely not what you would call, large fries!
Understaffed, sad looking place, food isn't as good as it could be, I've seen reddish meat inside chicken drumsticks, chips are soft ...from the good things, salads they make and sell are really nice and tasty. I am referring to rice and extra chicken fillet one for instance.
Was told due to it being a franchise it would not accept mobile rewards or the ability to order via the app but using the machine to Order they then can increase the prices as they feel fit not a good choice avoid unless you want it be ripped off
I ordered 4 chicken fillets when i started to eat the they were just warm chips were nearly cold, this is the worst kfc i have ever had and with my partners meal it cost us £16 for the privilege, so we won't be returning
Stopped on a work journey and change of driver. Very busy as its a motorway services but was clean and food was good! Plenty of seating, and loads of parking! Again as this was a motorway services. May visit again if I stopped here but would make a special visit!
Usual motorway services outlet. Food was cooked fresh and staff were pleasant (even when someone was moaning about the wait) however.... The portion sizes need looking at. Large 12 pieces meal came with minimal popcorn chicken and coleslaw. Luckily was just myself and not an actual family
it has great food and they should make millions
