   Orderd of just eat a chow main. Looked to see what was in it.. normally carrots onions ext.. says online noodles choose meat. It came with bamboo shoots abd mushrooms and in a sauce never used to have those it came dry with the veg above. I phoned to ask if it had been changed they said you should made us aware your allergic to bamboo shoots.. I told them everything else containing bamboo shoots was stated including ones with nuts but this was not on this items discriotion. She told me that's my fault and offered no help or option or gave me a chance for me to order another to be deliverd the way i needed it whitch I would of payed for she abruptly hung up on me before I could do anything. I heard it had gone down hill but this response and the quick to blame me has put me off I always buy same things due to getting used to whats in them . Been going to them for years. What a shame

   Food came late. It all looked undercooked, pale and soggy. All the batter on the deep fried tofu was wet and sliding off so didn't touch that. Wouldn't go here again even if they paid me

   Went here as recommended Yuk sausage warmed up Chips dry and bruised Curry sauce more like gravy The service was awful One woman doing all the serving and the other woman swearing and complaining that the card reader had put their price up. Food bad service bad Won’t be back. And if you were getting a delivery it stood hanging around as driver was chatting

   Items missing from order, rude staff when called to chase up items. Delivered food cold once missing items arrived. Summer palace asked for food back when we requested refund. Said they could not refund as we ordered through just eat. So I took food back to the shop myself. We ordered from here a few times a week. Never again!

   First time I ordered from here but definitely won't order from here again. Beef and Mushrooms was vile; was gagging the moment I opened the carton and just threw it away. The egg fried rice was tasteless and the salt and pepper chips lacking in salt and pepper. Even the complimentary prawn crackers were meh! As we all know I couldn't post this review without at least selecting one star but zero stars is my real opinion.

   My 14 year old son received food poisoning from the food that he had from this restaurant. He had squid and duck dishes. I called the restaurant and received verbal abuse, telling me that they have lots of customers and don't need my custom...unbelievable. Delivery was 2 hours and the food was luke warm....avoid if you can.
