   Disgusting. I asked for plant based sandwich and the attitude of the staff was so bad. I had to ask for gloves to be changed. She made the sandwich and when it came to cutting it, she took out the green handled knife, which is used for plant based sandwiches, but then put it back and then took out the black handled one, which was covered with meat and sauce stuck to it and the cut the veggie sandwich with it!!! Disgusting! Don't trust this place with behaviour like this.

   I really like this place and the staff who usually work there. I come quite often, but I saw this lady for the first time. It was Saturday, 22 November. Unfortunately, my break at work is at 8 AM, which is exactly when Subway opens. I walked in and, with a smile on my face, said “good morning.” Even though she was close by, she didn’t react at all, so I thought maybe she didn’t hear me. I repeated it, and she looked me straight in the eyes without responding and stayed completely silent. I repeated it once more, and then she asked, with clear irritation, how she could help me. At that point, I turned around to leave, because her behaviour was really inappropriate for someone working in customer service. I came back to ask why she had such an attitude, because I genuinely felt discriminated against, and she didn’t even bother to step out from the back.

   I’ve seen a lot of 1 star reviews recently and I now understand why. I came in the other day and everything seemed fine until it got to making my sandwich. Gloves weren’t being changed between sandwiches and the workers there were so incredibly rude. Service was terrible and just not a nice environment to be in. I won’t be returning to this subway.

   Staff are helpful n friendly even to the point of ensuring i spend my points carefully! Downside, one has to request the public toilet key to use it. Presume something has happened that the staff now hold the key to the toilet - and if they are serving food, surely if they are preparing/serving food, its not doable to hand the key over the counter?

   The staff at this place are RUDE and unprofessional, they refused to send me another sandwhich off even tho they made my order completely wrong and admited that on the phone to me, they didn’t care about what I had to say and said there’s nothing they can do. Horrible service all need sacking

   Absolute rubbish, can't even get an order correct!! I ordered a steak & cheese toasted bite and recieved a ham & cheese toasted bite. On the same order I ordered a foot long italian bmt and recieved a steak foot long sandwich. Won't be buying from this Subway again!!
