   Missing items off my order. Then went to have my curry and it was stone cold like its just come out of the fridge. £25 for a cold curry and spring rolls. Absolutely awful. Then the number they have for this shop doesn't even exist!!!

   Went for the all you can eat buffet, arrived 30mins after opening and no food was at the buffet. 30mins later the starters came out, not enough food for the amount of people there. Starters tasted nice, there was just no where near enough food. After another long wait mains were then put on the buffet, again not enough food, trays were left empty. Mains weren’t as nice as the starters, chicken in the curry was tasteless. After more waiting for food to come out our patience started to wear thin, hoping that desserts could come out soon then we could leave. No desserts came out so we decided to get the bill and leave, along with a few other tables. Even after 1 table complaining and leaving earlier, nothing changed. Very disappointing. Extremely slow service. Miserable atmosphere. Dirty cutlery. Was there for a total of 2 hours and left hungry. Nothing ‘authentic’ about this Thai. Would not visit again and would not recommend. Such a shame.

   Absolutely gorgeous meal tonight at Arroy. Can't understand why the restaurant was so quiet. Everything we ate was really good. Especially the duck with Arroy Thai sauce - beautiful. Very impressed (and I am hard to impress!). If you're thinking of going.. go!

   Not great. Ordered a vegetarian takeaway that arrived incorrect even though we had clearly stated our choice on the online order form: When we rang to rectify the matter the manager very rudely offered 50% off the meal which we politely declined . Will never use them again, anyone can get a meal wrong but the customer service is appalling.

   Orderd a delivery through just eat advised food would be around 1 hour, it actually arrived 30 mins early overcooked and some how cold. Fish cakes and tempora prawns where like rubber the green curry was ice cold like it had just been taken out of the fridge. The only thing that came hot was the sticky rice but that's probably because it was still inside the microwave bag and it was so over cooked I could pick the whole thing up on my fork like a brick. £42 for a cold microwave meal don't bothet
