   Awful. I ordered Chicken, chips, peas and curry sauce for my other half who wasn't very well. Waited in total for 2.5 hours. I made numerous phone calls to be told it would be there soon. When he received it, the chips were cold and the chicken was totally dry, with curry sauce just thrown over the top, not in a pot like in the photo off Just eat. He then told me he had a hair stuck in the back of his throat, he has his hair shaved so it wasn't his. Must have been in the meal. Will never order from this place again.

   Reading other reviews it seems I was lucky only waiting 2 hours for cold, tasteless food. My bin seemed to enjoy the cold delivery but I won't order from here again. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

   Just ordered 2 mixed meat kebabs. An hour half late delivery. Food was freezing. When I rang about late delivery man on phone said it just left shop 20mins later still not delivered. When Finnaly arrived we didn't get the size portion we ordered. They disguised the size by putting raw chips bottom of the tray to make it feel heavier and look bigger. Even our dog turned his nose upto it. When we rang up to complain we got no answer. This place is absolutely disgusting and as really gone down. Used to order from here every week never again will I recommend this place.

   Hi, everyone!order today from this guys 2 Donner Kebabs , but asked them if they can confirm that I want chicken mean! Guy come, tilpped him 4£ and then I opened the present. It was sheep meat! Called them back and told them that the reason I asked them to CONFIRM at the phone that they understood that I want chicken and not other meat, is because I pretty much don’t eat another meat and it was my choice! Called them back and told them about the mistake .They said sorry , they misunderstood and will come back and bring the right order. Guy comes after another hand an hour while I didn’t feel hungry anymore,, gave him the other order, with the sheep and inside 50% of the order was that black meat left from previews grills..which obviously went all of it in the bin. “ highly recommend “ this place to be avoided even if u starving to death! Nooo waaay ! The lack of respect for costumer is unbelievable! ..I think the only way this chippy is still working, is because they are in the centre! Otherwise you would be stupid to eat again from them! This chippy should be closed!

   Ordered the food at 5:45 for collection at 6:05 and when arrived I got told it wasn't going to be long they were waiting on more chips, I got my order at 6:40 and some of it was cold

   Really disappointing! Would not recommend. Ordered direct from their website and waited well over an hour for the food. When we rang up for an update, we were told the website doesn’t generate tickets and we were asked if we would like to order over the phone, but it would be a further hour wait. Happy to take your money but not actually deliver your food. The least they could do is state they don’t take orders from the website. Been told we will be called tomorrow for a refund by a manager as no one is available right now. Guarantee we will be chasing this up tomorrow. Not good enough.

   Robbers I ordered a family meal and it never turned up. Paid though the bank. I phoned up they made excuses. I never got a refund just laughed at. Avoid this place!!! I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

   Fish isnt fresh to order and ends up being a soggy mess. Poor portion size too, a large chips isn’t even a full large carton! Chips wernt the best either. Honestly i’d avoid and pick another option in Runcorn

   Hard chips, watery mushy peas and a steak and kidney pudding like nothing I have ever witnessed before. Minced bits of sloppy meat, no sauce steak or kidney with an added bonus of hair. Photo attached. Vile.
