   The food is always great from here but what lets it down is the poor customer service. The staff never look as though they enjoy their job and this reflects in the service you receive. In fact one of the team seems downright rude most of the time. Its such a shame.

   How ironic calling this place the “happy” garden when you leave far from happy!! Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of staff (Chinese lady in particular. Not sure if she is the owner/manager of the place) I simply asked to clarify what I had ordered (double checking I’d asked for salt & pepper chips not normal chips as she’d asked about salt) she told me to wait but I began to doubt myself and the order asking if it was in fact salt and pepper chips I had ordered. She gave me a dirty look and stormed into the back. On arrival she completed blanked me which made me question once again, due to the confusion and lack of clarity. She then rudely said they are salt and pepper chips and told me to check myself after being thrown the order!!!! I plainly expressed that I wasn’t being funny I was just clarifying! I left in total dismay reeling from the lack of respect as a paying customer who wanted to ensure I had gotten the order right :/

   Told to arrive for a telephone order at 18.20 stood there till 18.30 to get served. Then stood for another 20 mins for them to give me my order. Had to reheat when I got home as it was cold. All the women kept saying I'm on my own with a teenager and a trainee. Maybe they need to get someone in on a busy night instead
