Travelled 5 mile from Ashton to find the prices on this website are practically half of what they actually charge. So disappointed ,but food was good . They had menus but the server said they were "old and prices out of date.What can I say?
The food from here is excellent and I highly recommend trying everything from the menu. I suggest the fish and chips for a divine meal experience.

My husband Just called in, asked for 2 fish and peas, and a tray of chips got home has been given 2 chips and peas and a tray of chips. The girl who served him was busy talking to her last customer as she made a mess of that order and something about money. My husband said nothing on the order, as in salt/vin. Another member of staff took over and put salt on, so that had to be threw away. Will now have to walk all the way back to get it changed. After walking all the way back they gave him 2 small fish in a pool of runny peas. And again salt was put on the order, so again had to be threw away. Look disgusting, the manager said he asked for small fish. Husband said at no time did he say small or normal fish couldn't eat it. £10 for that. Was no taste at all. Absolutely disgusted at what we was given, and I am sure the owner won't be pleased also. I have worked in a chippy and other places that deal with food, and there is no way that should of been given out never mind charged for.
Not as good as the ratings Chips were brown n greasy Cod was thin and dry also the peas tasted liked they been there for ages.
Missed my bus it was raining and 30 mins next one. Called in here lovely lady did me portion of chips said I was ok eating them there....perfectly cooked fresh and hot took half home earned up later spot on "I'll be back...."
First time using Haydock Supper Bar for us tonight. Fantastic quality and incredibly reasonable prices. No wonder it's so busy! We will definitely be back again.
Been here recently after a friend told us about it, the food has been really good and the staff are very friendly and efficient
