Chips were white and mushy. Definitely undercooked. As 4 meals consisted of chips was not left with much to eat as no one would eat them, not even kids.
Just had the nicest food ever from a takeaway here. Everything was perfect and served hot and fresh. Shame they don’t deliver to clock face anymore but won’t stop me from coming. Thank you
Ordered from here many of times, ordered tonight and they’ve cancelled the order because they have now decided they don’t deliver outside a 2 mile radius. No confirmation from the shop or Yoyo of the cancellation. Only way I found out it was cancelled was because I called up after an hour and a half to then find out where the order was. Woman on the phone just kept telling me to contact Yoyo for refund it’s not their problem it’s Yoyo’s and that the boss decided to cancel orders outside the 2 mile radius. Absolutely pathetic
We ordered from here the salt and pepper chicken was i ice cold on the in side but really hot on the outside you can tell it’s been reheated and when we ring the chippy. Got really angry towards us , saying it was our fault and she was rude and even put the phone down on my husband
I ordered food at 7.20 and it only arrived at 9.37 they even phoned asking me to pick it up after I have already paid for delivery absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely disgraceful ordered my food at least 1 hour ago now for the restaurant to then cancel my order and not give me the refund after spending over £30. I now have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
If I could give this 0 stars I would, items arrived not as advert - called the shop who said it doesn’t include the sauce but states it does. Drink didn’t arrive, colleague hung up the phone and driver didn’t return with the missing items. Food was awful, cold and tasted reheated. Mushy peas weren’t mushy, will never eat here again. Awful service and awful food.
Since it's been taken over, I have to say it's so nice. Not had a bad meal yet, would recommend the beef in chilli & garlic sauce, amazing!!
