   I was absolutely disgusted and disturbed by what I witnessed at this shop. A young child brought a live crayfish out to the front, playing with it, draping it across the counter and tormenting it. It was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable to see a live animal treated this way. Not only is this deeply unethical, but it also raises serious hygiene and food safety concerns. That same crayfish could end up being served to someone after being mauled and handled like a toy. It shows a complete lack of respect for both animals and customers, especially those with allergies or sensitivities. Truly disgusting behaviour. I left feeling shocked, sickened and completely put off from ever returning.

   Always order food from Temptation House because it is consistently excellent, but tonight I ordered Chicken Green Pepper & Black Bean Sauce and Special Spicy in Yelliow Bean Sauce, both with fried rice & portion of Salt & Pepper Chips and WOW, both meals where fantastic, not too sure if it was the same chef that normally works on a Friday night, but it was perfect, we would have been really happy having in a top Chinese Restaurant. Thankyou to all & also the speed that it was delivered was the same as usual, very quick.

   Very disappointing, were the most regular customers, and tonight it were Stone cold, salt pepper season was well over powered unbearable to eat, chicken balls extremely greasy, hate complaining but this tonight as the been the worst ever in all yrs been a customer. Extremely disappointing

   Bang on takeaway! Quality over potion sizes but can still feed two people comfortably. Foods always hot and tasty. No ramp for wheelchair users and no hand rails for people with poor mobility but I guess staff would be more than happy to come out and go the extra mile.

   Ordered over the phone for collection and was told it would be 10 minutes . I was surprised how quick it was going to be. After collecting it and eating it I wasn't happy as it wasn't very warm and portions not very big . Normally go to Woks Crackin down the road will stick with them next time

   Made telephone order, waited 20 minutes longer than I should, to then be told, when I asked, that they are busy and it will be another 20 minutes. Never again!

   Best Chinese I have eaten in UK. Excellent quality food. Very reasonable price. Great quantity. Two people can easily eat in less than £20 with a soup, rice and curry. If you can't eat pork or other meat , they will tailor made your dish with sea food. Amazing staff. Proper authentic Chinese. I usually don't give 5 stars to any take away but I'm forced to do this for this take away...Bravo.
