   Ordered of just eat. Driver cudnt find me. When i was the only truvk parked outside of the company i said i was outside of. How pathetic they didnt deliver my food yet have it down as delivered on just eat. Currently waiting for just eat to sort the problem out. Endad up to late to order food. Wouldnt order from them again. My order was around 8pm on thursday 18th december. I belive the drive was in a red car didnt stop to deliver my food must of returned to the shop and said they could not find me. I have read some of youre reviews and there is quite a few poor reviews..im not tryin to get just eat to return my money and it could be a while. Annoying as i had to do without any food that night and to.loose the money. Isnt good.

   We decided to have Chinese on Monday but Temptation House was closed so we gave this place a try, unfortunately it may have been the worst Chinese we’ve ever had from a takeaway. Spare ribs were 90% bone and the bits of meat they did contain was tough as old boots. Special fried rice had very little meat and only 1 small “king” prawn. Chips we’re greasy and cold. The portion of curry sauce comes in what can only be described as a container the size of a thimble, in fact the portions of every meal were very small for the price. We picked up as we’re only a short distance away from the shop and by the time we got home everything was either luke warm or cold. Everything was very disappointing. **update after response* - There was no order number, my daughter called in and ordered in person.

   Pre ordered food at 19:05 for 21:00-21.15 arrived an hour late (22:10), the spare ribs was dia I have never seen anything like it, it was little chopped up bits with loads of gristle hardly any meat looked like teeth, not even on the bone. And at £6.20 disgusting

   We ordered from here and were given approx 40 mins delivery time but had delayed delivery of 1hr 45mins. It is mothers day so I have to give some leeway as they may have been busier than usual. I phoned the restaurant who were very polite & friendly and gave me a more accurate time for delivery. Food came 20 mins later. Food was tasty but was lukewarm, and as the food came in tubs meant it was a little sweaty. Would order from here again but would do collection next time (1st time ordering and was closer to us than we realised) as delivery time seemed to be the reason for our issues

   If i could leave 0 stars … I would do !! My order arrived over 1 hour after its estimated delivery time. When the food eventually did arrive, it was awful!! The chicken and sweetcorn soup had gristle in it, the ribs looked awful and had no sauce on them,the prawn toast and spring rolls looked like something that you could get from Iceland ,the rice was hard and the meals over all just looked awful and vile!!! The staff ,after attempting to complain, said the possibility of food arriving late should be expected due to it being a weekend. This is THE worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had and will NEVER be ordering from here again. £55 down the drain for awful food and even worse service !!!! ⚠️DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! It was VILE(both the food and business’ attitudes to there customers !! ⚠️

   Turned up an hour late, for £30 just over got a chicken satay which looked like they had poored hot water in a plastic tub with a few bits of cabbage and chicken in, literally looked like dish water...shredded s+p chicken with hardly anything in the box, s+p chips was like a tub of salt was poored all overspecial rice was just about ok but weirdly seasoned with too much cinnamon..nicest thing was spring rolls which must have been free to overshadow the quality of the food or how late it was..I'd be surprised if someone Chinese had done any of it..absolute garbage takeaway..on the plus side have 3 ok plastic tubs to use..the worst I've had in 36 years. Complete rip off. Never again.

   Made the mistake of thinking that 8pm was an OK time to place an order as it suggests delivery time of about 60mins... system waits until the order is placed before cranking the delivery time to almost 2 hours... they still missed this. Store seems to leave the phone off the hook making it impossible to find anything out about the delivery. Eventually delivered near enough 10:30. Awful service, mediocre food. Wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone
