I had ordered chicken fried rice and crispy shredded chilli chicken, but they mistakenly sent me the wrong dish today. After I called the shop, they rectified the situation and delivered my proper order within 20 minutes, adding the incorrect item as a complimentary gesture.
I don’t know anyone can rate this anything less. I have tried this Chinese a fair amount of times and I love it. Brilliant quality for your money nice decent portions and a proper hot and sour soup. Definitely recommend
Always had pleasant meals from here delivered in a reasonable time. It's always been nice and hot and with good quantities and quality of ingredients. We only order Chinese food because it's a Chinese takeaway, so I can't comment on mixed grills and the like.
This is the worst take away I have ever eaten from! I would actually give it no stars if i could! The mixed grill that I ordered was missing a sausage and mushrooms. There were tiny slices of liver, a piece of steak that was mostly fat that I couldn't even chew and the onions were hard. Hardly any gravy and loads of what must of been frozen inedible chips that are the worst I have ever eaten and that is supposed to be a meal? Even the dogs turned their noses up, so that says it all. Gone in the bin. Waste of money and time. Will never go here again!!!

Just off the train at St.Helens jcn coming home from Old Trafford and in need of food fix...China Garden was nearest option. Staff very friendly, open-plan so kitchen visible, I like this they've nothing to hide. Ordered 1 appetiser and 1 main with rice...over £14 seemed to me so expensive, but not being accustomed to take-aways I'm probably just out of touch with pricing, on the plus side I found portion size to be enormous, I'm single so I didn't get good value for money as most of it was wasted but if you were a couple even with one kid this would have adequately fed you all and so that would have represented great value for money. No complaints food quality either, so overall they get thumbs up from me...so I'll need to save up for my next take-away but it will be from China Garden and I live in Eccleston so that tells you something.
The food was disgusting. Cost over £30 and has resulted in this family needing to order from somewhere else . Watery bland warmed up way over cooked. Shouldnt be allowed to even sell food like this.. Not edible and wont be ordering again
AVOID!!!! We had been regular customers! We ordered as normal on just eat! The Chinese accepted the order and added more time! Taking us over one hour. We then called after a hour to see where food it. A lady who was RUDE and thought it was funny told me they had not cooked the order, even though they marked it as “out for delivery”?? I asked why not cooked and she said “just eat system not working” I called just eat and they telephoned the takeaway. The lady lied saying I cancelled the order which I DID NOT! She is a lier and has no respect for customers! I have ordered many meals here and will stop! Just terrible service and she is not bothered !! PLEASE AVOID!!
