Disappointed this morning, found member of staff slouched with a cup of tea in the customer dining area. Had to ask if they were open to be served. No Italian herb bread either. Will be getting my lunch elsewhere from now on! Have your tea at home it’s only 9:10am Grrr!
You can't ask for much from this place, you go in order food and walk away. Service was good. The store could do with a refurbishment hasn't changed since 1900 literally.
Don't go to this subway they always under fill the subs. I decided to give this place one last chance, as I was exhausted after work and didn't have the energy to go to the one in spindles but never again! Ordered a ham sub, it barely had any ham on it and, hardly any salad. Don't order from here, order from the spindles on, they don't rip you off!

I'm disappointed. I ordered a footlong Chicken teriyaki (non-meal) thinking it'd cost £6.19. I asked to cut it in half and pack both independently. Somehow they chose to bill it as two 6" subs. Cost went up to £7.98 The way it's wrapped decides the pricing. And the store staff "don't make the rules". So yes I walked away with a bitter experience. Paid £1.79 for the paper. I would've ordered two different flavours if I wasn't gonna get the cost benefit of footlong
