Ordered meal on just eat only to be phoned 30mins later to say , just eat had priced wrong and I should phone just eat to cancel . Very abrupt even though I did nothing wrong
I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but this order was extremely disappointing. The food was completely tasteless and overcooked. The ribs were so dry they seemed like they’d been reheated multiple times, and the salt and pepper chips were just plain chips with a bit of seasoning and a few onions thrown on top. For £43, I expected a decent meal, but most of it ended up in the bin. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order from here again.
I placed an order through Deliveroo and waited for over 2 hours, but my food was never delivered. I eventually had to drive to the restaurant myself, and even then, I still had to wait once I got there.
Ordered a salt and pepper box through Deliveroo for 23 quid which consisted of frozen chips, frozen chicken dippers, rock hard wings, 2 ribs and some chopped onions with no salt and pepper seasoning, basically a load of freezer bits in a pizza box. It really was awful
Worst chippy I’ve ever ordered. The guy who owns the place is a coward and had his very nervous son deal with my complaint. Food smelt disgusting and there was bugs in the curry. Will be getting reported.
Spent £35 on food , turned up , all food was cold , the chips was macain oven chips , rice tasted dry and bland. Beef was really chewy , gravy was really runny. Waited almost 2 hours on a week day when i live 5 mins down the road.Would not recommend, don't waste your money!!!
Delicious as always. Big order on new year's eve as we done our own Chinese buffet. Not one item missing. Food piping hot and just delicious. Recommend the salt and pepper chicken balls but I would suggest ordering a side of barbecue sauce. Plenty of left overs for another delicious meal on the 2nd January. I think if more people who were happy with their food actually found time to leave a review this place would be close to 5 stars!!
I ordered through just eats. Order accepted, money taken and the cancelled within seconds after money taken. I know have to wait for my money to come back which could take 2 to 14 days. I am absolutely discussed with the customer service. Will never use this takeaway or just eats again. We all have budgets and this just made mine harder.
Ordered tonight, food was hot but not value for money. Chips and curry sauce, hardly any curry on soggy chops, sausage £1.30 for a small sausage, beef curry edible, 1 star for spare ribs. Cost over £24. Won't be going again. Disappointing
