   What a little gem. Stopped off for a bite to eat and a drink to our surprise it was Thai food. What a treat. We didn't expect that coming from a pub. We sat in there lovely big garden at the back. Service was excellent and the food you wouldn't get any better if you went to a Thai restaurant. Highly recommended. We will definitely be going back.

   This pub is not very spacious though there is a decent sized garden at the back if the weather's good for being outside. At the time of my visit there was only one ale available, but they also seem to only have two pumps in total. The decor feels fairly minimal too. There is Thai food available though I admit I haven't tried it.

   Poor customer service , let us purchase drinks at the bar and then asked us to leave once payment was taken as we had our son with us. This was just after opening wasn’t late which I would understand and told us children are not welcome, if this is the case there should be signage stating that they are not a children/family friendly pub. Then proceeded to watch us make us feel uncomfortable until we left.

   8 of us arrived for an evening meal (6PM), no tables available as football being shown. Many tables had single men with a beer sitting at them. We had to leave after waiting 20 minutes. No tables or movement forthcoming! We have eaten here before and enjoyed doing so! Shame they don't take bookings.

   Lovely heated outside seating area, friendly staff and the most amazing/authentic food. We had the chicken satay skewers, chicken parcels and the massaman curry - so so good!

   Owner always greet you and friendly, quiet enviroment during day and busy at night. Thai food served here as Joy of Thai restaurant. Good Thai foods and reasonably cheap with portion you can share if you are not that hungry. Lunch served at noon at bar area and evening at top floor separated with bar which busy every evening. During COVID the area set a giant tippy in the garden.

   This place is a hidden gem! A small local and friendly pub with bug beer garden, but a hidden thai restaurant upstairs! The food was delicious and genuine thai, had a chance to meet the chef and she was a pleasure to talk to. We had to take takeaway after we finished dinner, which almost never happens to me. The staff was very friendly, we were served quickly and in general it was a lovely evening. Next time I am in the area, will have to stop for a meal!
