   Four of us went last night (18th). Limited parking, super friendly and polite staff, however whilst the stsrters and sides were good the steaks were not. Considering this is what they represent i would say you'd do better with a smaller chain or a supermarket. Mests were tough and full of sinew. All have various cuts and all disappointing. For this price i expect better, wont go again...

   We had a fantastic dining experience at Prime Rickmansworth in Chandlers Cross. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The triple-cooked chips were absolutely delicious and complemented the meal perfectly. The service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed. A wonderful spot for anyone who appreciates quality food and great hospitality, highly recommended!

It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers on all fronts — food, service, and ambiance — but Prime Restaurant does it effortlessly.    We went for a family meal having eaten here before several times. As expected, the service was great, friendly, welcoming and really accommodating for the kids as wanted to change a few things on mains. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed their dishes. One of the star dishes for me was the tomato salad. Amazing flavours.

   I have been to this steakhouse a few times and it never disappoints! Good quality steaks, friendly service and stylish decors in this modern steakhouse. Food 8.5/10, ambience 8.5/10, service 8/10, value for money 8/10. Highly recommend and a good gem!

   Friendly staff, professional attitude, nice atmosphere. Food was good as my opinion the rib eyes and pepper corn need more to work on it for the standard. Yuzu mousse amazing not sure the name of the desert . Crispy Goats cheese wow love it. Heritage tomato salad not my type the dressing maybe just a salt pepper olive oil, delicious anyway. Crispy squid very tasty last time I had something similar was in Spain long time ago. Definitely we going to come back,everything looks good and delicious and all staff so lovely. Thank you

   Food was delicious! 5 STAR! lots of starters to choose from as well as sides and toppings for the stake. Stake was perfectly cooked and super delicious, couldn't ask for better! Staff were extremely polite, professional and welcoming! All thanks to Sorina for serving us in such a professional manner and making us feel welcome! Would definitely come here again!

   Excellent quality of steaks we were three of us and I ordered the Rib Eye which was like butter. All accompaniment dishes like the stem broccoli with French beans and Mac and cheese with a Caesar salad went down very well.Also the house red wine was superb choice. Would definitely come again as the manager was very approachable and a pleasantly joking gentleman.
