Ordered food and I was missing the burger and mozzarella sticks and when I rang up he said he’d ring me back in 2 minutes so I waited 10 minutes Rang them back for him to say they made them but I didn’t receive them then buttoned the phone on me and I always order from here and now I will be finding somewhere else to go

I’m utterly heartbroken and disgusted by the inhumane treatment my family endure after Ranjha's a place I’ve faithfully ordered from for years. We’re in the midst of a nightmare after a devastating house fire stripped us of everything—our kitchen, our belongings, our bank cards, our sense of normalcy. My three young children were starving, their little faces streaked with tears, clinging to me as we waited for a glimmer of hope: a meal ordered by my mum, who’s stranded abroad, her heart breaking as she tried to care for us from afar. She thought she’d paid online, pouring her love into ensuring her grandkids wouldn’t go hungry. When the delivery driver arrived, our relief shattered. The payment hadn’t processed, an honest mistake in our chaos. I begged—practically on my knees—explaining our tragedy, the fire, our desperation, and how my kids hadn’t eaten. I pleaded to pay the next day, promising to make it right. But the driver’s cold, indifferent stare cut deeper than the loss of our home. Without a shred of empathy, he snatched the food away, leaving my babies sobbing, their hungry bellies unanswered, and my heart in pieces. How could a business we’ve trusted for so long turn its back on a family drowning in despair? Ranjha's didn’t just take away our food—they stole our hope. I’ll never forgive them, and I’ll never order again. Stay far away from this soulless place.

Ranjha’s have the best quality food around. I think they know my address by now. Their kebabs with garlic mayo are so juicy and absolutely delicious. Food arrives hot and they deliver my favourite Pepsi cold. Top quality. Their staff call me brother and they are so kind and friendly. They got your back. I never had any issues with their food

The best kebabs I have ever had. Usually when you order a mixed kebab, you get 90% donner meat with some token chicken and lamb thrown in, not here, you get pretty equal amounts of everything. The meat is the best I have ever had on a kebab, everything tastes really fresh and cooked possibly over charcoal. Had a few now and perfect every time.
